Liam’s pov;

(3 days later)

I’m still struggling with whether I should let Ava know about what the doctor said or not as I have promised the mum not to tell her.

I haven’t had time to visit Dr James.

I walked into class and I saw Ava,she was going through a textbook.

I sat opposite her and waved at her and she waved back.

Maybe I should tell Ava about this so she will always spend time with the mother.

As I was still deciding on what to do,Ava’s phone rang and she picked it.

I could hear her dad’s voice as she picked the call.

And I could see her eyes widened as she hung the phone.

I watched as Ava stood up, her body trembling, and ran out of the classroom.

I followed her out into the hallway, my heart racing.

She was crying, and I could tell that something was really wrong.

"Ava, please, what's going on?" I asked, trying to keep my voice calm.
