LOGINLucas's POV
There was a woman in our bathroom…naked.
At first, my instincts screamed that it was a trap especially since she had practically led us in here with her trail of clothes at the door.
The steam from her bath hung heavy in the air, she was curled up naked in the tub, her skin flushed from the water.
While her dark hair clung to her shoulders, I followed the droplets down the curve of her neck, over the swell of her breasts.
Was this fate testing us?
What are the chances that a woman survived that crash and escaped the wolves before finding warmth here?
A frown appeared on my face as I saw her round belly.
“What the hell?” I heard Draven bark at the sight. “Why the fuck is there a woman in our bath?”
I rolled my eyes at his rhetorical question…
“Who was supposed to lock the doors and activate the alarm system?” he asked and chuckling, Mateo guiltily entered the room leaving Draven frozen at the door… that explained why she could enter.
Just like I did, his eyes narrowed as he scanned her form.
I could see the conflict etched on his face and the desire that danced around with caution.
Five years without a woman’s touch? It turns you into something feral, something that forgets any sense of reason the second soft curves enter the picture.
Mateo, the impulsive bastard, didn’t hesitate.
“If I had locked it, this… wouldn’t have entered, we’d have probably met her frozen stature at the door.”
Not giving a damn if she was bait sent by our old man or some other enemy lurking in the shadows.
I don’t blame him, unlike us, Mateo had never experienced a woman hence the hunger with no restraint.
His hands greedily reached out and groped the fullness of her breast before sliding down to her hip.
A groan escaped his lips, like he’d been punched in the gut.
“She’s real,” he muttered, his voice rough with disbelief and need… that same need soared through I and Draven.
His thumb brushed over her nipple, watching it pebble under his touch, and I swear the air in the room thickened.
I could feel my dick stirring in my pants. Watching Mateo touch her like that… it was torture and temptation wrapped in one.
Her body arched slightly in her sleep as a soft sigh slipped from her lips.
Draven shifted at the door, his broad frame blocking the exit like he was guarding us from our own stupidity.
But I knew Draven better, despite the frown on his face, I saw it… the way his gaze lingered on her now opened thighs, the subtle clench of his jaw as he swallowed the thoughts… the bulge slowly formed in his jeans.
“We can’t,” he growled, but it sounded half-hearted, like he was trying to convince himself more than us.
His eyes met mine, seeing as Mateo ignored him, leaning in closer, his breath fanning over her skin as he traced the curve of her belly with surprising gentleness.
“Don’t tell me you aren’t seeing what I’m seeing?” he whispered, his dark eyes over her thighs, another sigh escaped her lips as she slowly parted her legs.
“Perhaps this is our present… after all this time.” His hand dipped lower, and her lashes fluttering as a small whimper escaped her, sending a jolt straight to my groin.
Seeing as she stirred more, Mateo took a step back and smiled down at her as she adjusted her eyes to the audience she had attracted.
“Oh, look like the raging blizzard had forced goldielicks into the wolves cabin.”
She should run but it almost seemed like she relaxed, almost as though whatever was out there was worse than the three of us… three sex starved ruthless men?
I laughed, shaking my head as my eyes stalked the door where Draven had her locked up.
She seemed too comfortable and had been quiet for hours.
She went mute… heaven knows how much I anticipated her talking that way I could teach her a lesson.
“You are thinking of her too?” Draven asked and judging from the scowl on his face, he must have seen Mateo unable to sit his butt down.
Following my gaze, he shut the door, “We can’t send out a pregnant woman…?” It felt more like he was asking me than telling me.
When did we become this soft?
The thought that she could still be a spy wasn’t zero or perhaps it was all sexual attraction…
I didn’t realize how sex deprived I was until now.
“It seems like I’m the only one thinking from my head here.” He said, suddenly pulling me out of my thoughts.
“I mean what are the odds? Our shipment comes in tomorrow and she arrives in a crash as the only one alive?”
I shut my eyes and she immediately came to view, she wasn’t cut out as a spy for real but in our line of job, we are taught not to underestimate even a child.
“Tomorrow we’d send her out to return with the plane shipment, winter is coming soon and being locked up in this house with her doesn’t seem like a good idea.”
It definitely is a good idea.
As soon as he opened the door, Mateo was there with a frown, “She is ours to keep… don’t you see?”
Their voices blurred out in the distance leaving me to my crazy thoughts.
Draven was right and I hated that I somewhat agreed that Mateo had a point.
It had taken us losing everyone we loved in order to escape our father yet with all the connections and money, we were here perhaps it is the trauma.
That man just has a way of getting under someone’s skin.
Twenty years under him was enough to inflict mental damage.
It didn’t matter how well we cleaned up our trails or how deep we buried our past…blood had a way of calling unwanted attention. And attention was the one thing we couldn’t afford.
We hadn’t built this place on luck.
The house, the airstrip, the private generators humming beneath the floors… none of it belonged to us on paper.
The shipments came in quietly and our planes bypassed custom procedures without passenger manifests.
Everything moved through ports we controlled, borders manned by officials who owed us favors till they died.
We didn’t bribe politicians anymore… as everyone we needed were placed on their seats by us… for us.
The city thrived because we allowed it to and if we fell, we would fall with judges, senators, generals… men who smiled on camera and trembled on their knees to us in private, would be dragged down with us.
That was why this crash was a problem, one we were supposed to deal with quietly.
She was just one woman… It shouldn't be hard.
A plane going down meant questions.
Questions meant investigations and investigations always attracted the wrong kind of attention… the kind our father would be pleased in.
Five years wasn’t enough to erase him and build something new… our own ’Ndrangheta, stripped of family names and tied.
We weren’t as loud as he was yet we had somehow buried his empire while in the shadows making these men cower with fear as it traveled faster than bullets and lingered longer.
And now there was her.
She could either be a liability Or worse… bait.
Winter was closing in, the routes would soon be buried, and the mountains would lock us in with her.
Keeping her meant risk while letting her go was out of the question.
She, just like us, seemed to be running from something or someone…
Which made her presence far more dangerous than a spy ever could be.
Soraya’s POVStraight to the point. His eyes held no emotion as he added, “I won’t push you to do this Soraya.”The ball was now in my court.I could feel the weight of his gaze on me, as the tension between us was thick enough to steal my breath away.“Goldie…” A shiver ran through me.Without wasting another second, I reached for his belt and quickly unfastened it.Just as I tugged down his trousers, his hardness sprang free.“That’s a good girl.”The praise sent another wave of heat through me, and I didn’t hesitate to wrap my hands around him.Starting from the swollen tip and using his pre-cum as lubrication, I stroked his thick, veined length.“Fuck…”His hands tightened around my head, urging me closer, and I didn’t hesitate. My lips brushed the tip before wrapping around him, taking him deep in one motion… the salty taste of his pre-cum filled my mouth, and a moan slipped out.If only he knew how much I had wanted this to happen… he would have thought of another punishment.I
Soraya's POVI'd been so busy trying to provoke him that I'd let him distract me from getting an actual answer… even though I knew I shouldn’t card as I barely still knew these men.It was quite too late to deny that I wasn’t madly jealous and now I didn't know whether he and Georgia had something going on.Ugh!I flopped back against the pillows dramatically.“Let me out of here you fucking coward!”I almost had him.But that look in his eyes before he pulled back… what was that? That smug man had walked in here…gotten exactly the reaction he wanted from me, and then left like he'd won a lottery.Even as I cursed at him, I couldn’t deny that he was right about everything.I wanted his attention, and if he had made a move, I probably would have ended up in his bed.It didn’t stop me from hating that he was right though. And I hated that I still didn't have an answer as to why these men had me acting like this. I used to be meek and submissive with Matthew.Matthew, who had been nothin
Draven’s POVWas I?I didn’t have her, and I knew for a fact neither of my brothers did, so what reason did I have to be jealous?Staring at her, I could tell she was enjoying getting under my skin.So I played along.“Whatever you do with Lucas isn’t my business, Soraya.”Even though I said it to feed her ego, the lie tasted bitter.I cared about it far more than I wanted to admit.Enough to create rules while containing whatever it is they had going at a distance. She stared at me for a moment before bursting into laughter.“Oh, it affects you Draven, it affects you just as much as your face is screaming,” she managed to say amidst her laugh.I couldn't even tell her she was wrong.Because every time she said Lucas' name, I remembered standing outside his door that night.Without saying a word, I turned and walked out of the room with the sound of her laughter following me all the way down the hallway.“What did you do to her?” Georgia asked as I stepped back into the living room… i
Soraya’s POVOkayy?Dramatic much… I wasn't really expecting this reaction from everyone.Mateo wasn’t even pretending to be calm. Whatever frustration I’d left him with earlier, he was transferring them back to me because the way he grabbed my arm and dragged me away from the aircraft with that expression on his face.Lucas stood near the door, leaning against the doorway while watching me with so much intensity.Lucas stood resting against the door watching me with so much intensity while Draven remained by the aircraft, continuing the inspection he’d originally come for as though I hadn’t just been discovered hiding among the crates.“You must have lost your damn mind,” Georgia muttered loudly.I rolled my eyes.“I mean I had always known you were just an ungrateful leeching bitch but this…?” she continued.Let's all give Ms. Georgia a round of applause.“Trying to run away without saying anything? That’s so despicable.”Girl.Shut the fuck up.I hadn’t even left the property nor
Soraya’s POV“Soraya.”Immediately, chairs scraped against the floor.“You okay?”Both Matteo and Lucas reached for water at the same time and held their cups toward me.I stared at them. Then, without thinking too deeply about it, I grabbed Lucas’ cup first. In my defense…Lucas was closest to me, besides I didn’t want Mateo sympathy… Lucas, one who actually took care of me, so it would be weird to leave the cup directly in front of me to reach for his.I drank quickly while trying not to cough myself to death. When I finally looked up again, Georgia was staring at me with an obvious frown.I must have ruined her story.I ignored her completely and the rest of dinner passed in awkward silence.Draven was yet to say a word to me which I found offensive considering he was the reason I had almost choked to death here.Georgia resumed her story once again but this time, she just couldn’t hold herself from throwing jabs at me.Once I finished eating, I excused myself after clearing my pla
Soraya’s POVLucas stayed cooped in my room the entire afternoon,Not that I minded but I sensed it was mostly because of Draven’s presence in my room earlier on, which honestly felt hilarious.I didn’t belong to either of them.I just merely tolerated him for the meantime.Right!!Didn’t mean he couldn’t end up in my bad books too.Still, every few minutes, I caught myself glancing nervously toward the door.“You do know your brother won’t like this,” I muttered while sitting against the headboard.Lucas let out a quiet sigh as he looked up from the book he was reading.“Which brother?”I rolled my eyes at him, “You know exactly which one.”A small smile tugged at his lips.“Draven doesn’t control me, Soraya and you know that.”I scoffed.Did I?“I don’t think I know that, Lucas.”He shrugged carelessly before reaching over to check my forehead again. His touch was warm against my skin. And unfortunately, my eyes drifted toward the muscles stretching beneath the sleeves of his black
Soraya’s POVA gasp escaped my lips and Mateo’s voice broke through the fog of tension that had surrounded us.What had I been doing?Reality dawned on me as the haze of desire, clouding my mind cleared in an instant.Looking at our close proximity, I pressed against Draven’s chest, shoving him away
Soraya’s POVLucas was out before I could ask him what he meant.I downed my breakfast before washing the dishes. There were a whole lot of things I could do if they didn’t want me distracting them, at least until I could think clearly about my next step.I didn’t even have a clue where the man had
Draven’s POVUpstairs, that mysterious lady was still breathing while my brothers had lost control of themselves… It had started out amusing, watching as they let their dick think for them all while she had even feigned being mute. What else has she lied about?“So she wasn’t being mute after all?”
Soraya’s POVNothing looked different. No crates or boxes despite the fact I had heard things being moved around. There was no sign that anything had been unloaded at all, which only made my curiosity turn to a fast growing unease.I crept closer to the open door and peeked outside. It wouldn’t hurt
