"Bethany!" Vie's voice broke the moment like a bomb exploding between the three of us. I looked up to find her holding my cellphone towards me as she hung off the rail slightly. With the high amount of adrenaline running through me at the moment, my horror at what I had done was temporarily hampered.A sense of calm swept over me as he started his pursuit again. With Kevin and Alyssa on my side, the whole police interrogation was almost a breeze. They barely even spoke two words to me, much less ask any real in-depth questions.
