Waking up to the thundering clouds,I tried opening my lazy eyes and found the room draped in darkness.I slept after having my light meal in the afternoon.I didn't realize what time it was,but surely after the sunset.

I tried to focus my vision in the faint light coming through the open windows and grabbed my phone from the nightstand.

I checked the time, it was quarter seven means I slept for more than five hours but it helped me to regain my energy and the cramps weren't severe like earlier. I switched on the lights and rushed to freshen up first before heading downstairs to check upon Daniel whom I owned a sincere apology.

After getting freshed,I made my way the downstairs to the kitchen where I was greeted by the maids with silent nod of acknowledgement and a 'good evening' from Maya.

"Are you feeling better Mrs. Ashton?"She asked me while handing me a cup of tea.

"Yes, the hotwater bag helped a lot."I sipped my tea and let it's refreshing strong flavors clear my lethar
