"Goddess, I hate this place." The grey stone mansion surrounded by fairytale foliage was coming into view and although it was a mystical place full of beauty it held nothing but ominous warnings to me.

"It's not my favorite place either." Jax sighed.

"Are we all caught up with the do's and don'ts of an Alpha? I mean it's not like I'm the all powerful leader of the strongest pack or anything."

"You're an asshole, that is what you are. We are caught up for now. I do need you in the office in two weeks though. Since pack law requires all ownership to be under your name there are few contracts I need you to review and sign. Brandon will have everything prepared for your office. I just hired a few new staff members as well. It would be good to get to know them a bit."
