Letta's eyes lit up as she looked at the package addressed to her. In contrast, Marco's gaze turned sharp, seemingly indicating that Pedro knew about it from the look on his master's face.

"Who accompanied it?" Pedro asked.

"Sorry, we received it from someone at the hospital. The staff said it was meant for the lady's room," the guard replied, prompting Pedro to approach. He then took the greeting card attached to the bouquet. Pedro opened it, and as usual, it was just a message without any sender's name, causing Pedro to walk straight to Marco and hand it to him. It was then that Marco clenched his jaw, crushing the greeting card, causing Letta to touch her husband's wrist.

"Could this be from the same sender who always sends items to our house?" Letta asked, causing Marco to try to contain his emotions and let out a long breath.

"Seems like it," Marco replied.
