56 - Do you believe in ghosts?

“So what's the plan?” Cathan asked Casper after he hung up the phone. They were foraging through the truckload of weapons to pick their favorite toy. This was who they were. Guns, blood, and bullets replaced their toys when they were still young. Right now, it was just like old times before Casper took over Blade Towers. Casper's expression was frosty, his tone was so acidic, that the air froze.

“It seems I don’t have to deliver new weapons later.”

“You mean?” Caleb sensed something hidden in his words.

“Yes. It’s Angelo,” Casper revealed coldly, imagining what would have happened if he hadn't followed his instinct. Initially, he was upset that Angelo’s delivery got delayed but it seemed to be a great relief at the moment. He didn't have to order weapons anymore. He would use these and take the rest away without giving Angelo a refund.
