Chapter 14

Ethan POV

I know what Agatha was thinking when she asked if I was leaving today. I need to go to the office now because I have documents to sign and I'm not comfortable leaving her at home because I know she will use the time I'm not there to escape, so what I did was I put sleeping pills on the juice I gave to her.

When she lost consciousness, I took her to her room. I also turned on the aircon so she can sleep well. I sat on the side of the bed and stared at her, who was peacefully sleeping.

After a few minutes I got up to go out because I needed to leave. I locked her room outside so I couldn’t make sure she couldn’t get out. I won't be in the office for long and will go home. I don't want to do this to Agatha but I have to.

Before I left the house I told the maids not to open Agatha, I just said that I would punish her so that they would not ask any more questions. I immediately got in my car and drove to the company.

I'm on my way home because I finished reading and
