Meeting the stars

Barely three months ago, I graduated from college having studied Clothing and Textile Economics. Since I'll be gone for a probably long while, today is going to be the last day I’ll be spending with my mom and dad before, for a very long time, I’ll return.
Who says you can’t have more than one dream in life? Not me.
I have two, at least two main ones. The first, to be a successful fashion designer and the other, to be a body model for various high-class companies in the world. Two dreams that can offer me the spotlight.
If I’m as beautiful as my fiancee, Francis says I am, and I agree with him, then the second shouldn’t be much of a stress on the part where I get it.

Samantha Downs ~ Thankfully, I am the only one who needs to make use of the elevator on this floor. I got in. On the controls were numbers one to ten. I pushed the number ten button and in a few seconds, the elevator began ascending. To be honest with myself, this is my first appearance in this company. I never really had anything to do with KressCo. until now. I must admit it. This company’s taste for architecture can be compared to none I’ve seen. The structure of the building that I had seen in those files and what I’m now seeing, confirms it without a doubt. The cool conditioned air and alluring scents filled my surroundings. It’s enchanting. At the number ten, the elevator stopped and opened up. I walked out. I am appalled to see all the things before me. This office deserves a ‘wow’. If I keep this up, Nathan would fire me sooner than later. “What are you doing?” Mira asked snatching the cup from me. “I’m just putting in some cubes to make it cooler. This is going to be too hot for him to drink.” I said in defense. “Thank your stars that you now have a friend like me to help you with getting along with this job. I’ve been the receptionist of this company for about three years and if there’s one thing I’m sure of, is that the boss’ coffee should under no circumstance be warm not to mention having cubes in it.” “For some reason, he likes his coffee boiling hot!” Mira said as she pulled out another cup and got a new batch of coffee. “Give me that.” She took the coffee from my hand. “Give him this.” I observed how she prepared Nathan’s coffee and I must say, it’s the weirdest coffee I’ve seen being made. There wasn’t any sugar or even an atom of an external ingredient.
