The tall gate that shielded Benhail's mansion slid open, he drove into the garage and put the car to a halt. Emery swallowed hard in her seat, they gazed at each other at about the same time, both not saying a word.

"Welcome to my house," Benhail's voice broke the silence between them.

"I have been here before," she said.

"Yes, but not to stay. Now, you are here to stay." His words caused a bone in her to jerk. She winced and turned away from him. "The maid will help you with your things, just come with me and I will show you to our room."

"Our room?" Her jaw dropped in surprise. "Are we going to share a room?" She asked.

"Yes, we are sharing my room. Is there a problem with that?" His eyes furrowed in confusion.

"I mean, I don't know. It's good, there is no problem with that." She swallowed hard. There was a problem with that, everything was wrong with that. She kneaded the back of her head and huffed softly. "Let's go."
