City of Thras

One week before

The lights   coming from the window kiss the dark room where he am now. Slowly, the hues of darkness was turned into a shining masterpiece of thousands of books piled upwards. Curves of the present furnitures hissed and become more noticeable. The specks of gold that litter on the marble floor shined and shimmer at the first sight of light. Even the velvety maroon walls looked magnificent. It was all looking lovely.

A stark contrast to the gloomy feelings he have harbored in his heart. the emptiness that wallows in the depths and the coldness that surrounds the fragile organ he came to loathe.

He sighed, burying himself deeper in the cushioned seat he was sitting. wallowing in the despair he have for the years. the ache. the longing of seeing her beautiful smile.
