Chapter 49 Swimming

"A tigress got you?" Larry mumbles while placing the documents in front of him.

He called sick for the day after the tiresome discussion he had with Amelia earlier at dawn.

He is not easy to get tired but facing his angry wife drained all his strength. Of course except for a couple of rumbles in bed. Though he tried not to be rough with his lovemaking, Amelia would unbelievably find a way to make him lose control.

"A hellcat, a very smart hellcat" he mumbles back while rubbing his neck. With his V-neck white shirt, all the bruises, and Amelia's love marks are visible. Which he didn't plan to hide at all.

"She is not that angry at you, isn't she?" Larry amusedly lowly speaks. Afraid Amelia would hear him. They are in the gazebo and she is having her therapy with her medical team. Just a few feet away from their table.
