Chapter 71 An Accident

Five weeks and one day. It's over a month without Vasili. But instead of being used to his absence, her yearning for him seems to be more amplified.

And waking up to a heavy feeling added to the gloominess she feels. Her head is painfully throbbing and she feels like throwing up.

She feels tender and all she did is inhale deeply to ease the discomfort. Burying her face in Vasili's used shirt, she fills her lungs with his scent. She slept hugging his shirt after she went home so drained and exhausted. And his scent immensely comforted her that she easily fell asleep. Which she thought would be difficult with all the haywire thoughts inside her head.

"Until when is this, Vasili? Why are you taking so long?" she whispers amid the silence of their bedroom.

As much as she wanted to call sick today she prefer not to. She has something important to do so she drags herself to the bathroom to take her much-needed shower.

She felt a lot better after the shower and in no time she reached Nev
