Chapter 82 Interrupted

It's already dawn when they went back to the apartelle. Stephen is nowhere when they arrive, even his bag. But she remains uninquiring while they settle to rest.

They both left the team and her family to double-check Gonzalo's lair and its surrounding territory. They will be back later to convene with everyone.

Vasili insisted to bring her back to where she was staying with Stephen for several reasons and one of those is to have privacy with her. He has been absent for so long and unexpectedly seeing her earlier was the snap of all his reserves.
