Chapter 11. Where are my money and gun?

This came as a big blow to me “Does it mean that everything at this moment would just go down the drain?. Everything is gone?” I asked myself. Nanny Clara looked at me and noticed that my mood had changed.

She then inquired what happened as she helped me sit on the edge of the bed. “What's wrong miss Aria?" She asked. “Nothing, I am fine" I lied. "You don't seem to be fine, at all, talk to me?" She asked again.

“I just said I am fine," I said raising my voice at her.

“I am so sorry for disturbing you," she said as she went to the bathroom to wash my clothes and undies. I sat on the bed thinking about my money, where could it have gone, who could have taken it, these were the questions running through my mind.

I just couldn't bear the fact, that the money he gave me was all gone.

I knew I had no other option than to ask Nanny Clara. I waited for her, till she was done with the laundry.
