My gaze slipped from Rayan for a moment, and I caught a glimpse of a presence I did not expect to see. Sitting on one of the front trunks, her fiery hair falling over her shoulders, was her, the woman who had conspired against me and sold me in exchange for power: Lyun.

A genuine revolt roared inside me. I could not believe she had the audacity to show up there. They were truly pretending this was a union made of free will, that we truly wanted to unite the packs.

I saw a sly little smile spread on her lips as she waved at me. I hated the sound of Roamur’s voice, I hated Lyun’s presence, and I hated Rayan. I wanted to leap at each of their throats.

But I couldn’t. I had an objective, and it could only be achieved with time and patience.

So I took another deep breath and returned my eyes to the groom standing before me, focusing on his throat. I imagined how it would be when I finally slit it with a blade. That consoled me.

I felt Rayan’s hard length at my entrance as he held my face, forcing me to look at him. He slid his cock along the sensitive spot, setting a fire ablaze inside me.My hips pushed toward him instinctively, begging for him to finally sink into me, but he took his time, torturing me. I let out a long moan, complaining about the delay, but I could see in his eyes that he was savoring my torment.“Please…” I begged, moaning as he kept dragging himself against my entrance, spreading flames across the hot, wet area.“Please what?” he whispered, lips brushing mine. The torture went on. My hips danced, trying to push forward, my body screaming for him. I needed to feel him inside me, but he insisted on punishing me.“P…put it inside me.” My voice came out as a whisper, full of plea, full of need, because that was exactly how I felt. I needed him. Just his weight over me wasn’t enough, he had to be inside. I had never felt so empty.“You sound desperate for a m*tt’s c*ck,” he growled, triumpha

Rayan kept tormenting me with every movement of his hands. I felt waves of pleasure rising inside me, growing stronger and stronger. I had never had an orgasm during the Heat; I had only heard how different they were from anything else. I hadn’t even been able to touch myself in that period. What I was feeling now was something I had never imagined my body could produce. He bit my neck while squeezing my body and sinking his fingers inside me. My moans grew louder; I couldn’t control myself anymore. I wanted to resist, but it was impossible at that point.“That’s it,” he growled, his voice hoarse with excitement. “Louder. Let the guards hear.”I bit my lips when I realized they probably could hear me. I thanked the loud music for keeping the rest of the guests from hearing me. He grabbed my chin with one hand, forcing me to look at him. “Keep going, or I’ll stop,” he threatened, increasing the pace. There was no way I could hold back anyway, but the thought of him pulling his hands aw

My provocation had worked, Rayan had no intention of staying at the party any longer. We spent just a few more moments fulfilling formalities and pleasantries until he leaned in, pulling me closer.“To my room. Now.” His command was whispered in my ear like a declaration of freedom I had waited years to hear.We made our way through the sea of people and wolves dancing to the rhythm of the drunken drums. The moon shone above, bathing everyone with its intoxicating energy. We passed bushes, trees, stone paths adorned with flowers, yellow lights casting an ethereal glow on everything around us. I followed closely, only two steps behind, as he pulled me firmly by the hand.I could feel my wolf stirring inside me, a wild, growing anxiety. My body was screaming for him. I had ignored it these last few days to focus on recovering and completing the ceremony, but the Heat was still present, and all I wanted was to surrender.Luckily for me, it was only a matter of minutes before it happened.

Violet. The sky dawned clear and blue, with rays of sun adorning my window. It was the morning of my wedding, my union ceremony. Normally, it would be a radiant day when I would feel stars exploding inside my chest, but if I can be honest, that was not the case.Even with my plan to take the throne of the Karin in motion, even knowing that marrying was a fundamental part of it, there was still a part of me that mourned all of it. I felt melancholy permeating my being throughout that whole day, but I did my best not to let it show.Everyone was running from one side to the other, it was possible to see servants running with pieces of cloth, trays, the kitchen at full steam. I looked outside through the window and could see part of the decoration. Lights had been hung over the treetops, there were flowers marking the paths that led into the forest.Apparently, it would be a traditional ceremony, it would take place among the trees, grass, and trunks. Exactly the way wolves most appreci

Hertor.I wish I could say I managed to hide my feelings when I saw Violet dressed as a bride and fully recovered for the first time in so long, but that was not the case. I think I looked like a complete fool admiring her on that pedestal. But it was no wonder, she looked like a celestial vision, as if the Goddess of the Moon herself had taken form.“Cousin!” Diana’s voice, running toward me and sinking into my embrace, brought me back. I secretly thanked the Moon for that.“How are you, blondie?” I asked, smiling and messing her hair as always.Violet was silent, watching me with a smile. “Forgive me, I didn’t know the Luna was here.” I said to my aunt and bowed to Violet.“It’s nothing, my dear,” Alivia replied, hugging me warmly. I did my best to keep my eyes away from the beauty in the middle of the room, but it was far too hard.If I had known Violet would be trying on her wedding dress at my aunt’s atelier, I would never have returned now. In fact, I regret not staying longer
