CHAPTER EIGHTEEN

“ Let's do that when you are fully awake, but right now you need to sleep” I muttered

“ Hmph,” Sofia pouted her lips

I kiss her slightly and pet her to sleep afterwards, what if she change her mind in the morning.

“ Nah, she won't” I muttered, good night I said and walked out

The next morning, I got downstairs and met her settling the table, yes the maids are still on leave

“Good morning wifey” I mused sitting down

“ Good morning” Sofia muttered shyly

Chuckles, “ Can I have my kiss now,” I said attempting to stand up when she flee to the kitchen

“ Okay, I will take that as a yes, I'm coming to you..” I mused walking into the kitchen

“ I'm washing the dishes, can you excuse me” Sofia muttered

“ Huh, but I want my kiss now,” I mused out

“ Mmm, what kiss” Sofia muttered stylishly attempting to move away

I walked closer and trapped her to the washing base

“ What…are…you…doing…” Sofia stuttered

“Taking my kiss” I muttered and captured her lips

Sofia didn't respond and didn't push me away either, just startled but later she tried to meet my pace.

It was a gentle and it's more like we are pouring in our emotions into the kiss, I tried getting my tongue into her mouth when she held me back gently.

“ Have given you your kiss, Bye, see you later” Sofia stuttered, grabbed her bag and rushed out.

“ Mmm, we are getting somewhere I mused and sat to eat. She did even eat with me, was she that shy” I muttered

Juliet walked into Phoebe's office like a queen, she tried sitting on her chair when she barged in.

“ Don't you dare, I was surprised when I was informed you are here to see me, am I safe” Phoebe muttered sat on her chair while Juliet walked back to sit in the other chair.

“ You definitely know why am here, it's time to fulfill your promise, I want my man back” Juliet muttered

“ Your man, as in Alex” Phoebe rasped

“ Definitely, who else” Juliet asked

“ Maybe, what about Joe, oops, Lawyer Joe I mean” Phoebe said sarcastically

“ He is in the past, my man is Alex and I want him back and I need your help” Juliet rasped out

“ And why should I help you” Phoebe glared

“ Because…, you will” Juliet rasped

“ Chuckles, you've learnt some gut over the years, I see” Phoebe said swaying her chair around

“ Of course, else how will I deal with you, think about my offer and get back to me in the next twenty four hours” Juliet said and stood to leave

“ I knew you will be back, that's why I prepared something for you ahead” Phoebe muttered throwing some pictures to her face

“ How… did you… have this” Juliet stuttered, but you know this could ruin both of us, I also knew you are a slay that's why I also prepared something but you're getting it later not now” Juliet muttered to her face and barged out

Sofia heard some murmurings and decide to check what was going on, that's was when she discover Alex sent drinks to the office

~ I had no idea Mr Hawke was this romantic

~Who could have guess that the great Hawke Alexander is so passionate

~Now am jealous of Sofia

~I think she deserves it, so gentle and diligent. I saw arranging Miss Minnie book…

~Hush, she is listening

Sofia chuckled and went back to her office messaging Alex, she couldn't call knowing how Miss Minnie is

~”Hi, you shouldn't have sent that” Sofia said

~ “Anything for my wifey” I replied

“And why are you blushing” Miss Minnie said walking into the office

“ Sorry ma'am, nothing” She rasped

“ Mmm, any other appointment for today?” Minnie asked

“ No appointment, just few signatures” Sofia muttered

“ Round up, you can go home, I will deal with that tomorrow” Miss Minnie said and walked out

“ Okay ma'am, thank you and see you tomorrow” Sofia gushes

Sofia messaged Leo to come pick her up,

“she decided to surprise Alex or is it Husby she thought and laughed out”

Sofia walked into HAWKE'S EMPIRE and gushes so loudly, she could feel eyes and murmurings from all angle but doesn't care, it's her first time entering the company and it's screaming wealth and power.

Leo walked firmly few inches away from Sofia's side and chuckled when he heard her murmuring

“Why did you chuckle” Sofia asked

“ Nothing ma'am” Leo replied

“ Are you sure he won't be angry, I'm here” Sofia asked for the uptenth time since they entered the building

“ He won't, I'm sure of that” Leo replied

“ Or should I get something for him, anything, what do you think” Sofia asked again

“ Just relax ma'am and put a smile on your face” Leo muttered

“ Okay, relax, relax” Sofia muttered to herself

They got to his office after ignoring so many murmurs and didn't meet the secretary on seat, Leo suggested she entered while he stays out.

“ Surprise!!!” Sofia shouted but suddenly stopped when she saw Juliet clinging to Alex, her face changed to a glare

“ Wow, is that our wife” Juliet snorted out

“ Yes, that is my husband you are clinging to” Sofia mused, walked closer and pushed her away from me

I chuckled and decide not to interfere

“ I remember him warning you off yesterday, but you know what, a whore will always be a whore and an animal will always be an animal which is who you are” Sofia snorted

“What…”

“Hush, I'm not done talking, the next time I see you close to MY husband, you are going to regret, now move or the security will do the moving” Sofia mused with a smirk

“ Alex!!, say something” Juliet snapped

“ MY WOMAN has spoken” I mused
