He bent down close to my ears, then whispered, "The five in the middle are the vampire convent. Behind each one of them stand four of the strongest vampires, with some very unique gifts and abilities."

"Oh, I see!" was all I could utter while trying to avoid the looks of the vampires in the office.

The meeting was over after more than three hours of making strategies. The Lycan thread is growing to be more serious than before. Especially after our last battle. That is what I concluded from the coven members, Apollyon, Ambrose, Atieno, Afanas, and Aldon.

Elijah told me that their names were picked up on their personalities.....

- Apollyon means the destroyer in Greek culture.

- Ambrose means the immortal divine, and it's also a Greek name.

- Atieno, which is an African name, means born at night

- Afanas's name has quite the same meaning as Ambrose's name, which is immortal, the only difference is the origins of the name – since Afanas' name has a Rus
