Chapter 36

Bea had been rolling back and forth in her bed, with the lights off, yet still couldn't get herself to sleep. She even had done almost all sorts of positions she could think of, yet her soul was driven by her fantasies with Evan, leaving her widely awake. They had already gone home to Evan's condo after staying in his resthouse for two days and one night.

"Urgh."

She groaned and sat with a long face.

"Who the heck is Lineth?"

She mumbled with frustration.

She clearly told herself not to think about it too much, but her mind seemed to be always swayed by the wind. There are things we want to not think about too much, yet make us anxious all the time, uncontrollably.

"Okay. Bea, breath."

She closed her eyes and then inhaled deeply, redirecting her focus onto something else, setting her mind at peace from all the useless thoughts that kept on bugging her, nonstop.
