I sighed and turned to look at them.
" You brought a girl?" She asked and smiled at me.
" Hey Lydia, meet Riley."
" Hey." I waved and she smiled slyly.
" Is he your boyfriend?" Lydia asked.
" Not really. We're just..." I replied at once.
" Better." She said and proceeded to pull Miles out.
He gently dropped her hands and smiled.
" I'm with someone Lydia, I can't walk out on her." Miles said and she frowned at me.
" Maybe we'll talk later, nice to meet you Riley." She huffed and walked away.
" Your ex-girlfriend? Or girlfriend?" I asked and he scoffed.
" None of what you mentioned." Miles said as he picked up a cue.
I stood by the pool table and looked at Miles who was setting the billiards on the table.
