"Excuse me please, I've got to take this." Ricky muttered, placing a short kiss on Jade's forehead and taking long strides towards the back of the house.
Jade bit her inner cheeks, admonishing herself as soon as the first negative thought crossed her mind; just because he hadn't taken his call in front of her for the first time didn't imply that he was hiding some things from her.
