"So… it's true?" Yosef asked.

On the other end of the line, he still couldn't believe it even after hearing the answers.

"It's not just true. There's more," Nathan replied. "I'll put everything in a message and send it to you."

After hanging up, he quickly typed out everything he knew about Macie's sufferings and the incident with Edward bringing Sharon into their home.

Although Edward and Macie were already divorced, Nathan felt that Yosef still cared for Macie and might be able to help her get some justice.
