Chapter 15: Shocking Revelation

"You are right. We can't have Aiden marrying that girl, Monica. He must marry Ms Thatcher if not, I will not get the prime minister position," Mr Scott said, fetched his phone and dialled a number.

"Hello, I need you to do something for me," Mr Scott said once the call was connected. "An investigation would be carried out on Monica Hapkins. Maybe starting now. I will send you a piece of detailed information. Ensure whoever runs that investigation gets that information I will send you on Ms Hapkins," Mr Scott said.

"Yes, sir," the person said and the call ended.

Mr Scott opened his email on his phone and after a few minutes smiled.

"It is done," Mr Scott said.

"Perfect, now we have to get the two to meet. Ruth, last you told me you are friends with a woman who also happens to be Ms Thatcher's friend," Mrs Scott asked.

"Yes, Amber," Ruth replied cutting her piece of chicken.

"Good, let her convince Ms Thatcher to go after Aiden," Mrs Scott said and Ruth nodded chewing on her chick
