                 (Nakesha POV)

I lay on my daybed trying to plan how tonight is going to play out. I’ve been dating Daquan Zakhar who’s from the Raven Coven. I met him a year before we started to date when his coven and mine had a small party together. After we met that he made his mission to get me to go out with him, but for some reason the stupid voice in my head kept telling me not to date him, like it’s telling me right now not to sleep with him. We’ve been dating for two years now, and yes, he’s been talking about us having sex around the beginning but when I explain to him that I wasn’t ready to have sex that he was always understanding. He always told me that he’ll wait to I feel that I was ready, and always let me know that he feels that I worth waiting for, but the damn voice in my head will tell me that he’s cheating on me. The voice will say that it smells other girls on him. I hate this voice in my head, because I was told that my human father suffer from split personality disorder. Sadly, I had never met my father, but was told that he lost his life over the second personality.

They never told me actually how he could had died but told me that I have a good chance of getting the same thing he had. Sure, enough when I turned 13 years old that I started getting really bad headaches, and then the voice started. I was never able to get myself to tell anyone about it, but at the same time I was given some meds that was supposed to help prevent this. And sadly, it made me very ill. I had only taken it once and I refuse to ever take it again, but I had to make it look like I was taking it. I looked around the room and ok it’s not very big, but there is a nice size closet and it’s a lot bigger than the room I was sleeping in when I was with the coven. When I was with them that not only the room, I was in was no bigger then a closet that only fit a small bed, but there was many times I didn’t get to eat.

I also had to take care of all the work in the house, and it wasn’t a small house. I never had a lot of clothes, and rarely got to use the bathroom to clean up. So, most the time I had to do what I could with a small sink. When my mom’s familiar Zachariah and seen how I was treated he decide then I was going to be living with him for now on. Ok, my mom was not happy with him for doing so but he didn’t care and refuse to ever take me back there. He took me in as he raised me as well as he raised his adopted daughter Cyra. I’m not sure if she’s human, vampire, werewolf or if she’s a familiar herself. Sadly, I really don’t understand what a familiar is. Where they were once an animal that turned human or a human that turned into an animal. All I do know is that the have a human and animal form. Zack turns into a wolf with bat like wings. I guess I wasn’t paying attention because I didn’t hear the door opening out felt her plop her butt on my bed.

“What are your plans for tonight?”

“It’s mine and Daquan two-year anniversary today. I decided to take our relationship to the next level.”

“Are you planning on having sex with that pos?”

“Why would you call him that, Cyra?”

I watched as she lowers her head down allowing her wavey chestnut brown hair to flow down her face. She looked as if she was trying to find the right words to me. It doesn’t take long as her dark brown eyes looks back up to me.

“Please listen to me Nakesha, but I don’t believe you should give up your virginity to this guy. I can’t prove it, but I do have a strong feeling that he’s not being faithful to you.”

“But he told me that he understood why I didn’t want to have sex yet and told me that he’s willing to wait for me because he feels that I’m worth it.”

“Well, of course he’ll say that when he’s having sex with other women. Did you tell him about what your planning tonight?”

“No, because I want to go to his place and surprise him that I want to take our relationship seriously.”

“I’m not sure about this Nakesha, I just have a bad feeling about it. Why don’t you come with me to this party that my friend Gene invited me to.”

“Isn’t this friend the one is hangs around that motorcycle club called Wolf’s fang?”

“Yes, but she is a good person. I know you think people who belong in a MC are nothing but blood thirsty monster, but if you come with me tonight you can see that they’re not. There are very good people that loves to help the community around them by raising money.”

“I’m sorry but I already have plans tonight.”

“Alright, but I still send you the address if you change your mind.”

“Where’s Zack? I’m surprise he’ll even let you go to this place, because I know just how protective he get over us.”

“Your mom gave him a call this morning needing him to meet up with her.”

“Why?”

“I’m not sure, but it is something about you. Have you been having more headaches?”

“Yes, but I can’t take anymore of that meds that my mom has given to me. It made me violently ill and didn’t do anything to help me. I also believe there is more to the reason she want me to take it.”

“Alright, but you should talk to your mom more about this. Well, I hope I see you there at the party, later girl.”

I decide that I needed to get my mind off of what Cyra just said to me, so I decide to get ready for tonight. I found the perfect white baby doll dress. It was lacey, with spaghetti straps, and the top thar laces up. I wore with it some knee nylons, and white Mary jane shoes. I wanted to play the innocent girl that Daquan will have his way with. I was looking so forward for tonight that I decide it be best if I get an umber to get me to his place because it wasn’t like I’m going to leave his place any time tonight. When I finally get to his place that is owned by his family. It was a beautiful Victorian two-story brick home, but what confused me that there was a car in the driveway that one isn’t his and two looked familiar to me but why.

The front door was locked but I knew where he keeps a spare key. I walked up the stairs toward his room hearing moaning and other things that already gave me a bad feeling to my stomach, and when I open the door, I was about ready to throw up. I see a blonde hair woman on top of Daquan, and what was worse this woman was the one who abused me for most of my life. Why would the gut that was supposed to love me be having sex with my so-called Aunt Raphaela. I didn’t know what to say so I slammed the door needing to get out of there as fast as I can, but before I get to the front door I was grabbed by the arm by Daquan.

“Why are you here, Nakesha?”

“What? After what I just seen that you have the nerve to ask me why I am here.”

He look frazzle on what he was trying to say to me, that I think he was making no sense.

“This is not what you’re thinking.”

“Are you fucken serious? Are you really trying to tell me that you were not having sex with my Aunt.”

“She’s really not your Aunt by blood.”

“That’s not the point. How long has this been going on, and how many women have you’ve been with while we were together. I thought I was worth waiting for. I was just about to prove to you of my love tonight.”

“What are you saying?”

“I was planning on us to move further in our relationship, because today was supposed to special being our two-year anniversary.”

“Wait, were you thinking about us having sex tonight.”

“Not anymore.”

“Please wait, I swear to you that this is the only time that this has happened. She came over, and before I knew it, we were in bed.”

“What do you take me for.”

“Please Nakesha, I love you, and this will never happen again. Please don’t leave me because this I swear was the only time this happened.”

I grabbed my head because it was pounding away, and before I knew what was happening, I hear words coming out of mouth that weren’t mine.

“What’re you talking like this was the only time, and with only this one person. I knew I’ve been smelling many different women, and many times before.”

What was that, why is this happening.

‘You know that I’m right Nakesha. You just need to trust me and not fight me.’

“Shut up, just shut the hell up and leave me alone.”

“What are you talking about Nakesha? Who do you want to leave you alone?”

I just shot him a nasty look, as I pushed passed him heading to the garage. I just remember that I left my Harley sporter here last week. Ok driving in a dree isn’t a great ideal but it’s the only one I have to get out of here fast. I get onto and just got the hell out of there, not looking back. When I got far enough that I stopped to check my phone for the address that Cyra sent me of the party. One way or another I will lose this virginity tonight, even if it’s with a stranger.
