Chapter 18- Pins and Needles

   When I got back home, the guys were riding up to the stables after checking the fences. I drove my truck up to the barn so I could unload the feed. I let the tailgate down and climbed up into the bed of my truck. Owen came around and started helping me unload. I handed him the bags that were further in the bed of the truck. His help made this go by faster and I enjoyed working beside him each day. 

   When we were finished, I looked at the time to see that I needed to make lunch. Preston walked to the barn to see if we needed help but we were already done. 

   "Let's go have lunch," I told them. 

   All three of us walked into the house and I made them sandwiches and got out some chip
