A Dangerous Escape

"Aaah..."

Vivi awoke from her sleep, clutching her head, which felt very painful. The dizziness was overwhelming, as if her head had become a giant drum beating loudly.

"I suffer like this every time I drink alcohol, but how come I never give up?" grumbled Vivi as she walked out of her room.

"It's because of Darren! With all the presents he could have bought for me, why did he give me wine instead..."

Vivi stopped rambling when her footsteps stopped in front of the bathroom door as a flash of events suddenly appeared in her head.

 "This is so good. Do you want to try some?"

Vivi covered her mouth with both palms, remembering what she had said to Darren after she had opened the door for him.

"No!" Vivi shook her head with both eyes closed, trying to stop the memory of suddenly kissing Darren first while drunk.

"It was a dream, right? I couldn't have done something like that, could I? It was just a dream, right?"
