PART ONE: CHAPTER TEN
Zaramanni could hear something thumping.
If it was her heart or that of the King's, she had no idea.
All Zara knew was that the voice that came from the darkness ahead sounded like Ezeman’s and the last thing she wanted to happen at that moment was Ezeman dragging her back to Amarxona's palace.
So, she attempted to run away.
But, the tight space that had her standing so close to the man made her plan flop.The space was already barely enough for a person, so attempting to move just caused Zaramanni momentary pain.
“Stay calm,” the king’s breath fanned hotly as he spoke with a low, coarse voice. “Don’t move.”
Zara wasn’t willing to be stubborn and refuse to follow his instructions, so she nodded, swallowed hard, and rested her head against his chest to avoid getting hurt by the spikes the cave’s opening formed.

ZARAMANNI PART ONE: CHAPTER ELEVEN
Her light, careful footsteps led her to the bathroom where she hoped she would be able to get rid of the stench she just acquired.The girl sighed as she walked to the tainted mirrors on the walls.Her hands resting soullessly on the edge of the cream-coloured basin in front of her, she watched as tears reddened her eyes.At that point, she was so unsure of how strong she could continue to be.That day was supposed to be a good day for her. Her birthday was on that day.But, Gavin and his notorious friends ruined that day. The day that was meant to be peaceful.As she peeled off her wet top that showed the outline of her blue bra, Zaramanni pushed her hair to the side, her entire soul disgusted by the smell it emitted.Her mind was instantly plagued by thoughts of the amount of shampoo and conditioner she would use to get her hair back into great shape.
ZARAMANNI PART ONE: CHAPTER TWELVE
For a second, the night took a brief pause. The leaves on the trees seemed to cease their slow dancing, the breeze went into hiding. Even though the moon remained bright, its presence worsened the situation on the ground. There was no escaping the terrible thing that just happened. And, there was definitely no way to un-see the raging beast in front of her. Zaramanni, who managed to get up despite the feeble state of her feet, decided to do something as she felt the chilly breeze of the night rush through her roughly packed hair. Her full senses rushing back, her lips failing to find another bout of scream, Zaramanni could finally hear Alisha’s groans as well as the wolf’s angry snarling. With the side of her eyes wrinkled, Zara caught a glimpse of Alisha’s ripped arm which was twitching as much as blood rushed out of it. “Zara…” Alisha managed to call as it seemed that the animal was about to strike again and perhaps bite her to death. “Alish
ZARAMANNI PART ONE: CHAPTER THIRTEEN
Racing into the aesthetically pleasing room where the famed healing fountain of Amarxona was located, Ezeman found himself surprised at how functional he had been over the past few weeks. When his wandering gaze fell on the crystal-like flowing water that made the atmosphere of the arched room quite nice, Ezeman halted his steps. He searched for Lord Haggard in the large space and the fairy, as though answering his inner call, walked out of the wall, his palms bearing a floating huge ball of blue flames that had become useless since they lost track of the girl. "I take it that you were unable to find them," the elder's raspy voice spoke and Ezeman quickly lowered his knees onto the chilly ground, "seeing that your hands are empty." "We lost track of them. It seemed like they suddenly disappeared." "You shouldn't make excuses, Ezeman." The old man made loud noises while walking as he set the ball of flame into the depths of the fountain structu

After exactly three days and two nights that were filled with countless footsteps, random and annoying stops, and silence, they were finally a few steps closer to The Big Tear.When Alicia announced their proximity and mentioned that the approaching dawn will be blessed with the view of The Big Tear, Zaramanni was gladdened.And it seemed that excitement got to her head too much since she had been unable to sleep ever since they all decided to get some shut-eye.Sick of tossing and waiting for the embrace of slumber, Zaramanni sat up. Then, the side of her eye noticed the presence of King Darren who was resting beside his Luna.Gulping hard as though she was instantly faced with something that caused great fear, Zara quickly realized that she was slightly scared of… King Darren.Something within her worried that he would shift into a wolf again and worse… kill someone.After urging herself to remain calm, Zara
ZARAMANNI PART TWO: CHAPTER ONE
PART TWO BEGINS~~~~PART TWO: THE CROWN-BLOOD PACK~The sky…The first thing Zaramanni noticed as she stepped into the other side was the red, gloomy sky.Compared to Amarxona, Zenrada wore a different air.Danger, disaster, sorrow…Zaramanni could deduce that much as she tore her sight off the firmament and landed her gaze on the damaged buildings and paths that greeted the trio.The buildings, just like in the Amarxona, bore similarities to those of Earth. Apart from the destroyed state of some of the high-rise structures and the unusual smoke that kept emitting from a distance, there was not much difference at the end of the day.As they all resumed walking, Zara behind the Alpha and his Luna, each structure presented a huge wolf head on a section of their tallness or in some cases, a unique build-up.
ZARAMANNI PART TWO: CHAPTER TWO
There were perks to having a proper means of transportation and Zaramanni was more than thankful that she didn’t have to walk for many days before getting to her proposed destination.Well, it did take about four days for the entire entourage to reach the entrance of The Crown-Blood pack but unlike the rough journey in the forests of Amarxona, the travel was easier.And for Zaramanni, her trip ended in front of a huge mansion that looked more than abandoned thanks to the depressing heavens.But, there was no denying how rich the building and its environs looked. Surrounded by the vastness of nature, the stone-built, palatial building displayed architectural greatness right from the front view to the chilly insides of the mansion.Greeted by two men who ushered her past the huge, carpeted stairs in the middle of the welcoming room, Zara began to wonder what the worth of the entire building would be in Earth’s currency. Then, she wondered
ZARAMANNI PART TWO: CHAPTER THREE
Zara surprised herself by finding the courage to sleep soundly after the terrible thing that happened to her.Waking up after hours of sleep, Zaramanni sat up and scanned her blurry sight across the large room. When she recalled how close to death she was, Zara shuddered.Zara wasn’t one to dwell too much on the past, but she couldn’t help but wonder if her brief encounter with the cold hands of death was a continuation of her terrible relationship with Gavin.But that was highly impossible.She was so many universes away from Gavin. There was no way for that monster to find his way to that strange universe.“Oh well,” said Zara as she got off her bed.At least there would be one good thing about her sudden appearance in that universe- there would be no Gavin.Soon, she was walking towards the door that led to the bathroom.That room gladdened Zaramanni ever since she entered it.
ZARAMANNI PART TWO: CHAPTER FOUR
Zaramanni craned her neck as she walked towards the entourage in front of the manor. Thanks to the journey the wolves of Zenrada were about to embark on, the Crown-Blood manor was less lonely. A lot of people stood outside the mansion, chatting away as they waited for instructions.After she joined the crowd, while hoping that no one would suddenly shift into a wolf, Zaramanni kept stretching her neck in search of a particular person. She had overheard some ladies talking about the King’s visit to the manor’s library and they didn’t fail to praise how good-looking he managed to be in the face of difficulties.It was then that Zara knew that his presence was an opportunity to confront him.She was going to push her need to get to Mount Hermos in his face till he gives in. But, she needed to reach him first.Walking past the crowd of people that gathered in front of the manor, she saw the were-mobiles Sham mentioned the other night and she saw why they were given such a name.While
