ZaraI met with Tanna on the patio and we sat there waiting for Tiara to show up. I had already called one of the workers to get the boat ready. I would have told Aminu but we weren't on speaking terms right now.I had told Tanna already about the situation with Aminu and how we weren't speaking to each other. "I never imagined that you guys would fight like this. I mean, you're like the air he breathes." Tanna said."Well I thought that we were on the same page, apparently not." I replied sadly, looking down at my nails."Don't worry, he'll realize that he's messed up soon. Just continue doing what you're doing" she said and I nodded."So how's it going with Louis. Have you guys sealed the deal yet?" I asked with a small knowing smile. Her face fell "actually, its now much more complicated than before. I've decided to just let it be. Let him do him. I never thought in a m

Zara. The water filled me as I struggled to get back to the surface even though I couldn't swim, but I didn't want to die. I tried and tried, clawing at the water with all my might but I couldn't levitate myself to the surface. My chest became tighter as my air began to diminish. It wasn't until the surface became far away that I realized that I was now sinking. My eyes began drooping shut as I felt my consciousness leave me. I shouldn't have taken of the life jacket. The next think I saw was the captain over me while I fervently coughed and water sprouted out of my mouth. I panted and gasped for air as I levitated my body up from its position in the boat. "Oh my God, thank the heavens that you're okay Zara." Tanna exclaimed coming to hug me. Her cheeks were stained with tears, she had been crying."We were so worried. You can't swim" Tiara said hugging me as well. The culprit who pushed me into the water intentionally in the first place was

Zara. After the whole discussion outside, I decided to go and talk to Louis personally and assure him that we weren't judging him in any way even though he was being reckless. He seemed really hurt by what we were saying but it was my duty to assure him that we didn't mean it that way. I went absent minded lay down the corridors and almost bumped into Tumini. What did she want now? She looked really downtrodden and sad and I understood her. The whole house saw Aminu flip on her and it was quite disgraceful and disheartening. That was the exact reason why I didn't want to tell Aminu in the first place but I couldn't bring myself to lie to him. "What is it?" I snapped when she blocked my way. I felt sorry for her but that didn't meant I liked her. "Hey, can we talk?" She asked. "I have absolutely nothing to say to you Tumini. I wouldn't let

Zara. It was finally time for the beach wide bonfire. Here, we were going to be joined by the residents of other beach houses on this particular beach. The other ones were a bit far from ours as our was very secluded and private, but I was looking forward to the bonfire. There was going to be traditional dancing and a showcase of different Nigerian cultures plus a lot of African dishes much to my excitement. The only issue was that, Aminu and I could not get out of bed. "Babe, aren't we going to get up?" I asked groggily. We laid butt naked with our bodies intertwined with each other after an intense lovemaking session. After everything that had happened on this very extremely long Saturday. We actually needed the sweet release. "Argh I don't know. I want to stay here with you all night. I just noticed how much I've missed you" Aminu said. "Missed me? I've been here all along." I

Zara.   It was a very fun one. Even with my eyes hazy thanks to the alcohol. I love every bit of the dance. There were cultural drummers playing instruments for us as we held onto each other by the shoulders or in Aminu's case, the waist, moving around the fire with joy and happiness.   At some point, people started taking turns to dance in front of the fire. They were showing off sick and enjoyable moves until it was my turn to dance... I was beyond nervous and reluctant to step out.   "Go on baby" Aminu whispered in my ear when he noticed my reluctance. He nudged me slightly on the waist.   "No, I'm shy" I said smiling and hiding my face.   "Okay, I'll go dance with you, plus your favorite artist is on" he said. Kissing my cheek.   Giving it a thought for a moment and imagining him up there dance with me. I decided to give it a go.   Am
