Chapter 26 – Letter Demi’s POV “Mama is okay Belle, so stop crying now.” I looked at the pair of mother and daughter on the living room couch. I don’t know exactly when this scene is happening, but from the woman’s bruise, I’d say 5 to 10 days.  The bruise was yellowish with green and was located right under the woman’s left eye.  “You don’t have to cry anymore.” The woman said, it was then that a boy entered the balcony with books in hand.  “Huh? What happened mom?” The small victor was about to greet her when he saw the bruise. It seemed that he hasn’t visited the woman in days since he didn’t see the bruise.

Chapter 28 – Artifact (2) Demi’s POV  ‘Why does she have Ephyl’s necklace?’ Nova said whilst staring at Natalie’s keychain.  “Ephy- who?” I asked. No one heard me talking to Nova since my voice was somewhat muffled by the mascot head.  ‘Ephyl’s necklace, she’s not supposed to have it.’ I looked at Natalie’s keychain which was dangling on her phone case. It was a gold chain with a small blue diamond in between two snakes.
