Mabel smiled at the message she had sent to her sister. She knew she was going through a lot because she talked about it with her mom. She dropped her phone on the bedpost and hurried to the kitchen to prepare something for her husband to eat. She had wanted to surprise him with breakfast in bed that morning, following Sarah's advice by showing more love and attention to her husband made her realise a change. He was more lively than he was before and she was grateful for that. Xara walked into the house with her head held up high. “Where have you been you whore?! I guess you've been whoring around." Aurora argued but Xara didn't say a word. She rather ignored her and walked towards her room leaving the woman ranting and raving like a madwoman. “Ma what's wrong?" “Xara, meet Lorenzo, my old friend." Alianna introduced at their favourite spot in school. “ It's nice to meet you, Lorenzo, you just moved to this school?' “You look pale and weak are you okay?" Penny asked as she entered her friend's room. “No, I'm not feeling too good," Xara answered rushing to the bathroom. They had begun with their finals and school had become more hectic, they hardly had enough time for themselves. “Have you seen your doctor or perhaps taken a pregnancy test?" Penny bombarded her with questions. “Nope, I haven't done any of the above." She responded sipping from a glass. “Get dressed, I'm driving you to the doctors and no excuses missy, you need medical attention." She said as Xara answered her call. “Who needs medical attention?" Kai asked. “Xara does, and she's being stubborn about it," Penny said loud enough for him to hear. “She's overreacting," Xara said. “She's not, you need medical attention, so go get it." He rudely added. “Okay, I will. I'm going now, talk to you later." She dropped the call as she headed to her closet to get dressed.

“I'm sorry Xara, I didn't see you there." Lorenzo apologised as he intentionally bumped into her knocking the cup of juice out of her hand. The graduation caps flew in the air as the students scattered around the campus. Their 4-year study had finally come to an end. “Ah, now real life begins from here."
