Kai lay on Xara's bed as they talked late into the night. He had decided to come to spend the night in her room and continue their conversation from the other time.

“How come you hooked up with someone as toxic as Valerie." Xara voiced out. She immediately covered her mouth when she realised what she had said.

“Wait, how did you know she was deranged?" Kai asked.

“Erm, um from the way she behaved when your mom came here and when she poured hot water on my arm." She said trying to convince him.
