William Johnson always had problems sleeping hence right before dinner every night, he usually takes his prescriptions that enables him to sleep well at night uninterrupted. He was fast asleep when Lilly was getting prepared for bed before she called Jake and was informed of the situation with Alice. He wasn’t aware that two little kids or let’s say two of his great grandchildren slept over in his mansion and they will soon be awake in all their glory. He woke up in a disoriented manner to see Lilly’s side of the bed empty as if she never came to bed that day but knowing how petty she can be and the grudge she holds against him, he got up from bed and made his side of bed. It wasn’t strange that she woke up before him because he was a heavy sleeper on his medications and she was a light sleeper hence she often gets up early to make breakfast for the family despite the many helps in the house. He got up from the bed with a loud yawn, feeling very refreshed and made his way to the dinin

William Johnson felt his mind go blank at the name Alexander mentioned. That name had been the major cause of the troubles he had experienced and was still experiencing this past few years. He was annoyed. He wondered if Ken Li and his hoodlums know that they were destroying other people’s life. He became overwhelmed, got up and walked away to the dining room lost in his thoughts about how bad Ken Li had dealt with him over the years and the hardships he has put his family through because of his selfish ambitions. He reminisced over everything that happened over the years between the Li family and the Johnson family, he cussed under his breathe and a forlorn feeling subdued him.Alexander glanced at Lilly with a questionable look making the later shrug her shoulders in response as she followed quickly after William who disappeared into the dining room.“Uncle Richie! Put the food down! Some of us are also hungry and would like to eat but you are keeping everything for yourself!”, Alexi

Seconds turned to minutes, minutes into hours, hours in days, days into weeks and weeks turned into months and Alice Jet Johnson was still in coma and her husband Alexander Johnson was practically living in her private ward with her. The time duration given for Alice estimated time to wake had come and gone with no signs of Alice waking up from her slumber anytime soon.He visits his children frequently, especially when he feels so choke up on his feelings and needed an escape, besides Alice, the children were his safe haven. They were his needs and want, at the current time, they were all he had of Alice. They are all he truly have in life because when the situation becomes critical, money and riches are nothing compared to their worth to him.Alexander engages Alice comatose body in a wild range of motion exercises regularly to keep her muscles active and knees in condition hence she has been in the same position and was turned frequent intervals into different positions with the aid

Frozen to his bone, Alexander didn’t know how to react. His mind was blank and his eyes blinking rapidly. He wanted to say something, anything but his mind couldn’t comprehend what was going on. His mind was blank, his heart nor body hence couldn’t make up any sentence in that moment. His mouth opened and shut severally in his failed attempts to talk or even make a sound but he couldn’t. “Mm-mmm-mmm I-I-I-l..” He stuttered uncertainty, puzzled by what was happening in front of him. Then it clicked in his mind like a light bulb in the mist of darkness.“ I might be hallucinating again like all the previous times, right? There’s-there’s no way what I think I am seeing is finally happening at this particular moment.” He muttered to himself to convince himself that was just seeing things and that Alice is not on the bed, fully awake with her eyes piercing into his soul.He closed his eyes tightly for a long while then reopened them but strangely the hallucination he was currently experien

Alice waited for sometime for his reply before eventually turning to look at the trouble looking Alexander, she raised her eyebrows in confusion at his troubled expression. It was a strange expression to be seen on the face of Alexander because he mastered his expressions at a young age and hardly showed any emotion at all. “Anything the problem? You look troubled, as if something is bothering you or you are finding it difficult to say something. Mm is it about the question I just asked? Will the identity of those people cause any inconvenience to me?”, she questioned clearly more interested in knowing the identity of the people behind the voices she heard outside a while ago.“Forget them, they are no body and therefore there’s no no need to even talk about them.” He responded with a tone a bit over the edge making Alice more puzzled about the people to get him in such a bad mood.“They must have done something very personal or bad to you to be this mad or angry at them. The trouble
