Alle Kapitel von I'M BETTER OFF BEING A VILLAINESS THAN A HEROINE : Kapitel 21 – Kapitel 30

Clip-clop! Clip-clop!   A group of men riding their horses was heading towards the south of the kingdom where people spotted monsters in the forest. They were on a mission to eradicate the monsters who suddenly appeared in a village and kill most of the villagers. When they were already in the middle of the forest, suddenly the leader of the troop stopped.   "Your highness?" The knights who were together with him called his name in confusion when he suddenly stopped. He faced his knights and repeatedly put his right hand upon his left shoulder and down back to his side to signal them that the area was dangerous especially in front of them. The knights who were already on guard put themselves more alert.   "Tie your horses on the trees and let's walk from here onwards." He commanded because he could feel there was an ominous aura ahead of them so it's better to leave their horses when they fight. After that, they went on

"Erella, are they still alive?" Tubby asked worriedly. Erella didn't answer Tubby because her eyes were stuck on the knight who was holding the person she crashed into earlier. She didn't notice him earlier because her mind was full of controlling her mana that she's always failed to do, and finishing off the monsters.    'Oh, my gee! He's handsome! He's better to be an idol than a knight!"She thought admiring the beauty in front of her. But Flynn ruined her moment when he talked.   "Oh, dear heavens! Why I'm stuck with these idiots! Can't you see, they are still breathing?! They were just paralyzed. For sure those ugly creatures used the same bomb as they used to my mom earlier."Flynn explained sarcastically.   'These damn fox! He won't really stop until he gets something from me!' Erella thought.   She really wanted to sew Flynn's mouth so he won't talk but she controlled herself because she d

Max regained his consciousness when Erella came near the bed. He was about to open his eyes to greet her but he froze because Erella said something that made him feel shy. His face turned red and his heartbeat ran widely. She said about how perfectly handsome he was and how he looked like an angel. He really wanted to cover his face but he was afraid Erella will know he was just pretending to sleep. He was not really used to someone calling him handsome or he looked like an angel. The one who was saying those things were only his family and the people in his estate.  Usually, people described him as a terrifying man so they were scared of approaching him.   'Am I really handsome and do I really looked like an angel in her eyes?' Max thought. He was still not convinced of what Erella said. He felt dejected when he remembered the kids he encountered called him a scary monster.   He flinched when he felt Erella sat next to him on the bed.

Erella could almost see the Von Heinlein estate. So she leaned against the window of the carriage because she thought maybe she could see Aunt Camille's silhouette. She was really excited to see her. She wanted to give her right away the present she bought on one of the towns they passed when going back to the Von Heinlein duchy.   " Erella, be careful you might fall on the carriage." Max cautiously told her. Then he gently grabbed her and put her back in her seat where his little friends and Flynn slept together. Erella looked at Max's face. He was beaming at her with a bright smile. Erella looked at him with a raised eyebrow. Because it was just yesterday after they made a promise that no more running away, but Max still tried to do it because he was still feeling a little awkward with her. It was her hand and look that was stopping him from running away from her. But then she noticed his attitude changed a hundred eighty degrees when they were already going b

Not long after the physician went out of his tent, James heard a bustling sound outside his tent. They were the young noble ladies who stayed in the camp. They were dying of curiosity about who he brought in his tent because they saw him coming back to the camp with someone on his arm. And they heard from the physician it was a beautiful commoner. They wanted to know what was the relationship between him and the commoner lady.  James who was calmed most of the time felt annoyed by the people outside his tent. Because he didn't want his fairy to be disturbed when she was still recuperating in his tent. He stood up from the side of his fairy and went out of his tent to tell the people to keep quiet but before he could do it, he heard a groan from his fairy. He quickly returned to her side and checked her. He saw the pained expression from his fairy so he tried to comfort her by patting her shiny pale yellow hair.   "It's alright. You are going to be fine."He
