Elizabeth woke up.  She looked at the cave window to see if it was already morning. A ray of sunlight was already hitting her body. Looking at the window, Elizabeth notices that the sun was rising. Without any delays, Elizabeth started to stretch to wake up her body.  After a few minutes of warm-up, Elizabeth wears her newly skinned fur blankets and she goes out of her room.  The fur blankets felt a bit uncomfortable but it was better than walking around naked. She trusted David but she didn’t like giving him a free show. At least, David was gentlemanly enough to look away.

In comparison with David and Elizabeth, Bob had a slightly better vision in the dark.  It didn’t allow for him to see things in the dark but he could pinpoint silhouettes and moving creatures better.  As his surroundings slowly become dark, Bob starts to rely more on his hearing. He started to feel afraid, something he regularly felt when David and Elizabeth were in danger. To counter this, Bob thought of David’s satisfied look. Yes! David’s happiness was Bob’s goal. Bob’s back felt a bit painful. Once the adrenaline wore off, Bob felt the consequences of being sent flying to a solid cave wall. He actually felt confused as to why he was suffering so much pain. Whenever David was sent flying, Bob noticed that his friend continued to move as if there was no pain at all. Even when David suffered an injury, he could quickly recover, something that baffled Bob whenever he saw it. This was due to David's current stage in the superhuman evolution tiers. Elizabeth raised her weapon until it was at eye level.    Slowly, Elizabeth draws the bow until its string is taut. The arrow on the string was ever so slightly shaking.   Elizabeth takes a deep breath as she calms herself.    Bob was beside her observing the same animal she was hunting.   The two of them were hunting an important creature. Elizabeth had a nice dream and usually, she would want to sleep more to continue the dream but she was very excited despite only having 2 hours of sleep.    Sitting up on her bed, Elizabeth looks at the cave window and sees that it was already morning.    She giggles to herself.    She felt a bit light especially since she finally released her pent-up emotions yesterday night.
