Lahat ng Kabanata ng HER ADVERSARIES: Kabanata 21 - Kabanata 30

It's been seven days since the news about Dimitri filing a lawsuit, Delilah didn't feed the public, she didn't defend herself and neither did she agree to the bullshit spreading online. She hid at the comfort of her home with no intention to speak up. She didn't come out of her house for a week. And when she was finally out of her home, she was at Malfred's house. Malfred didn't expect a visit from her, he didn't have time to prepare hosting her to her liking. He didn't expect for her to even come to his house and annul his engagement with Fiona. Delilah wore a dark sailor sheath dress with a candy button up heels, her hair was set in a wave swaying over her top torso. "What did I do wrong to get the engagement annulled ?" Manfred asked. He couldn't hold back his shock. "I thought you'd be happy with the news." Delilah arched a brow. "Have you fallen for Fiona ?" Amusement overrides Delilah's face."Of course not, if anyone was going to annul the engagement

The restaurant was Delilah and Arielle were dining in had a rich smell of tuna. The restaurant was evacuated and paparazzi lined outside curious as why Delilah Ekalot was having breakfast with Arielle Myers. The public would have never imagined for the two to ever crossed paths, one had old money while the other got money from gambling, two different or not so different worlds interwind. The staff at the restaurant felt the tension between the ladies, it was thick enough to be cut with a knife. Though the atmosphere didn't appear that way as Delilah and Arielle playfully got along there was this strange air the staff couldn't figure out, they could be faking their affection towards another for all they know."I'm ecstatic that you invited me Delilah, but it seems we have to keep up this faze so that we don't feed the Media the drama they need." Arielle says joyfully spooning herself an ounce of rice flakes. It was mashed into a bowl like mash potatoes.

Delilah sits down crossing a leg over the other, Fiona sat next to her while Theodore stood next to her but by her side. A figure walks in. A figure Delilah earnestly despise on sight. It was Malfred he was on a chalky grey suit with shoes that complimented his suit. That was not who everyone on the court was waiting for anyways. Malfred was just a pawn of attention who just stalled for time.Mummurs filled the room as a few ladies talk about how good looking Malfred was."He's handsome isn't he ?" The Ladies mummured gleefully. "He's not that handsome." Fiona spites at the mummurs. Anyways the room was waiting for Delilah's subtitute Lawyer, for all Delilah knows he was somewhere close to the courtroom after Delilah paid for his flight to Detroit and also his ride here too.It was 1:15pm and everyone was getting tired of waiting. Delilah wasn't ashamed of waiting who wants to leave could leave. It was her case and not the onlookers who had no business wi

"Fiona, I hear you're in probation." Thomas said bringing Delilah out of her own thoughts. "I am.." Fiona arched a brow curious to where he was dragging it to. "During probation from what I hear Fiona has no power what so ever. Her budget is limited and she has little to no money to spend as result of squandering the family's money during Delilah's supposed demise." The Lawyer stated which interested the audience."Once an individual has no power it's easy to rid of them. Let's just forget about someone plotting with Audrey to kill Fiona. Delilah was vengeful enough to strip her sister of her the family name and even sought to engage her to Mr Malfred. Why would she engage her sister to the man she knowingly despise ?? She wanted revenge on both Dimitri and Fiona so she leaked the tapes also." Everyone in the courtroom at this point was baffled on what to believe."Your honor, may I speak ?" Fiona asked, the judge slammed his gavel meaning she was permitted.

The dining table was lull the only sound that was heard was the clamor of mouths moving. Delilah silently chewed on her food her eyes landed on Theodore who hoist a single brow to know what she needed. Delilah looked to her empty side dish part of her plate and then to Theodore's who barely touched his.Theodore nodded, he immediately got up and scraped his side dish into Delilah's plate. Delilah jiggled in excitement as the rest of the family members watched in awe. Abigail was impressed on how Theodore sacrificed his part of his side dish if it was Kobie he would pick a seat further away to avoid sharing his food and he still does.A bubble of embarrassment wash over Abigail when she realized what she predicted was happening when Noemi asked for Kobie to share."I'm not sharing." Kobie yelled."You haven't even touched yours you greedy bitch." Noemi yelled. "I'm saving it for last." Kobie defended himself while Delilah quickly chugged down on T
