Lahat ng Kabanata ng Hunter and the Hybrid princess: Kabanata 21 - Kabanata 30

"How to be the best hunter you can be" was the first words Rebecca read in that booklet and she felt hooked to it instantly."Its not about who you are, your gender, where you came from, everyone in the world is unique therefore evey passing hunter or huntress will bare his or her own unique traits, making you dangerous in your own right"Rebecca thought of her strengths, she's a hybrid right? But she barely knew any of it, focusing most of her life to be a human she never learned to be what she really is."Hunting vampires are no small feat, but you don't need strength or speed, they will still be dominant over a hunter in those aspects if you're not a vampire yourself, the only way you can have an advantage over them is the know how, choose your fights, choose the location, make the entire situation pour to your favour and overcome the target, if it can't be so, do not proceed with the hunt"She shifted the page and stretched her legs on the bed, so far this bo

"Since an early age Danté had a mind of his own, he was the youngest to ever set foot here, and I think that Innocent child-like heart of him was his salvation from the cold of being a hunter" Hannah explained as they walked."He wasn't ready for some of the tests served out, but they had to expose him to it in order to mentally prepare him, and that led him wanting to help those who underwent the silver test, my goodness he even tried to rescue a girl from it one night""He did?" Villa asked."Yes, its a shame he failed, that was the girl's last night""Wait they die in that test?" Rebecca asked."Many do, its not only a test to see if you might have been turned my girl, its also a test of your resilience. If ever a hunter gets caught and tortured, that test is to ready them for it, they may not utter a word about the Cross"They arrived at the car and turned to each other."How did it come to this?" Hannah asked "Why did you bring your girl here to see that Ya

Danté remembered now, the meeting today about the wolf pack, that's why all the hunters have gathered. He stood watching Mindy whilst catching his breath, three days into his silver test she was out, but that means she was here for three more, she's in desperate need of medical attention and Danté couldn't help slap at some maggots on her back. She's basically so much a corpse Danté doubted Liam the ghoul would find her appealing, her wounds infected, her body thin, she's on her last legs."Come on Mindy, one more, after this its the medbay and a warm plate of food""Give it up Kane! You know as well as all of us that's where it ends!""Shut your fucking trap Bruce!" He yelled at the largest in the group but couldn't help catch that flare of red in the hair of Xena, so she was also here? The thing about this was no one supported anyone who enters first time, if you can't cut it you're dead weight, sometimes those watching made wager

"A dark cobblestone hallway, is this a better place to speak your mind Kane?" Nightingale asked catching up to him with wide strides. He turned his side to her but only drank from the bottle to empty it."You think because you're the smartest here you need not say much? What's wrong then? Afraid you'll hurt my feelings?""What feelings? As far as I know we are not allowed to have any" he said still not turning to her."Don't come with crap now kid! I said something back there and I saw you didn't approve!""Yes! The way you said 'us' and not 'them' you really think I consider you a werewolf halfmut?"She blinked "Oh, that's it hey? Your hatred of us?"Everyone knew Danté well by now, but clearly she missed a step "Make no mistake Nightingale, I don't hate wolves, in fact I never saw one before, would like to actually, but you are not one, you're only half a wolf" he said finally turning his body broad to her.She felt that gesture of ho

Xena hid herself in the dark side of the house as she waited for Nightingale to arrive, her heart pounded in her chest thinking of what she and Danté planned. She felt like an idiot for not noticing Danté earlier in life so when she told him why 'he' has said nothing yet it was actually her asking herself that question.Only two women serving as hunters meant she, and she was sure Nightingale would agree that among the men Danté was the pretty boy, the rest either old or unattractive, and to peak Danté's list of interesting things, he was the only pure human still in the Cross. He was the little hero between them, throwing himself in the way of all possible threats the Cross had to protect Vince, Lana and herself, and thanks to that the punishment he received in the end would be twice as severe, and the worst was when he tried to save Lana from the silver test, to this day the Cross blamed him for her death, but they all knew he saw she wasn't going to make it and tried to
