"Mother!?" Rebecca yelled but Asena gave her a shake, purposefully brushing her half inch claws over her jugular."Ssh little mistake, let's hear your precious mother talk... Say everything Villa, you kept the truth from her far too long... She needs to know why I said what I said"Villa felt her entire body tremble, the last thing she wanted Rebecca to hear was how she contemplated killing her."Talk Villa!""When you were a year old Rebecca, you shifted into a wolf for the first time..."Rebecca's breath left her."I– didn't know how to respond, I saw a pup, not a full grown wolf, you weren't ready for that shift yet so it was like a baby accidentally killing a lizard, you didn't mean to, you just... Toyed with her...""I, killed someone then?" "From an early age I wanted to give you human interaction, so I invited a woman with her child over so you had someone your age to play with... But...""I killed the girl!? A child!?"

Rebecca held her mouth then gagged softly, this sparked Asena to laugh."So there you have a little background history about that age old tale of why vampires and werewolves fought so much""How did it change? You say it used to be like that right?"Asena watched Villa back away and sit on a chair "It started with Muraco Tamaska and Victor Vladimir, the two being best friends was obsessed with seeing each other's way of life" she shrugged "Or let's just say Victor wanted to see the sun, and Muraco the moon, but..." Asena brushed her hair and looked back."I need a haircut" "No shit! You tripped over it earlier" Villa said.Asena took a sword off a shield decoration from the wall close by and swiftly cut her hair "There, much better"Rebecca still stood wanting to hear her story, Asena saw her eyes and smiled "Firstly, as beings breathing air I need to apologize for what I said earlier, but, what I said is all true...""About me being spa

One two three four, quicker, impatiently Raphael taped his four fingers in succession on his table, it felt to him the happenings of twenty years ago started to fall in line again today and it sent chills up his spine. It wasn't his dying daughter that rocked his core the hardest, it was the fall of an immortal by the fangs of an omega, that's what hit him, that's the very nightmare that haunted him until this day, vampires have taken a step down from the food chain, and everywhere on the planet the word has spread, pumping the ego of every blasted wolf up so large they stopped fearing vampires all together, especially since the elders are not there anymore to place a lid on things. His plans sprawled out like papers on a table, the pieces of a three thousand puzzle scrambled between a nest of paper shavings, the pieces was there, he knew of them, all he needed to focus on was get them into place. His phone beeped and he pressed the button "Yes?""She's here sir""Sen

Danté came back into the room and started sorting his weapons again, Xena and Nightingale kept quiet this time, Roman was there with them."Since he's now qualified ladies I employ you to show him some of our more effective weapons" Roman said paging through a file.Danté looked up "More effective?"Xena and Nightingale nodded and gestured for him to follow. They headed down the isles into a section Danté never dared go due to his previous sweeper restrictions, Xena opened a door and stepped aside allowing Danté to enter first, it opened up to what looked like some sort of lab and he instantly got a chill from this place. In the middle of the rather large room was a table where strange blue flowers grew under a light, that was basically the prettiest things about the place, the rest Bunsen burners and vales, to his knowledge reloading benches and work benches of all sorts."What is this all about?" He asked reaching for one of the flowers but Xena slapped his hand

Vincent sat on a chair drinking a glass of water, his eyes on Skyler the whole time, she shuffled uncomfortably on her bed, her eyes to the floor. He has faced some vicious vampires in his life but never was it this easy to capture one, to think she's a countess? She made it easy for him, hiding in plain sight from humans is one thing, but trying that on an aged hunter was a death sentence.Although he was ordered years back should they ever track a one 'Skyler Stander' down she should be captured, he just never knew she was a vampire made by Vlad."You can relax my beauty, all we have gathered from vampires are already sufficient, we just needed you because you're a descendant of Vlad""Don't compare me to him" she said."My apologies then, but know it won't be too stressful""This is evil, what you're doing here""Is it?""Vampires and werewolves are almost extinct, yet still every day you seek more ways to kill us"He smiled "Until the
