Lahat ng Kabanata ng YES I DO?: Kabanata 31 - Kabanata 40

Maria stayed bottled up inside her apartment, she had tried going out to the grocery store and had noticed that some car was on her trail, it was oddly suspicious so she stayed put in her house all day. Xavier must have finally caught on, she thought. "He's unto me." She whimpered, her hands shaking and she tried to steady them by wiping her palms with the edge of her shirt but it was useless to do so, her nerves were skyrocketing at this point.Picking up her phone, she hurriedly dialed a number, "Don't send the woman out of the country, she'll be linked to me. Just hide her somewhere faraway" She whispered raspily into the phone once the person on the other end had picked the call."But ma'am…" the person on the other end started to object."No buts. Just do as I say." Maria snapped and ended the phone."What do you mean she paid for a flight but didn't board?" Xavier snapped into his phone. He had just come out of the shower when he heard his phone ring. Drops of water were still t

Mr Smith wanted the wedding done as soon as possible, which means little time to round up preparations. He was to be discharged from the hospital a day before the wedding. It was going to be a grand wedding, maybe not as grand as it was meant to be initially but it was not lacking in terms of elegance and class. The wedding will be held tomorrow and Celine had to make a quick stop at the dress shop for the final fittings of her wedding dress. Alexis went with her . "I see the way you both look at yourselves, so fondly. You didn't tell me you've fallen this deeply " Alexis teased, Celine was twirling in front of a mirror in a gown and was admiring the neckline."Eh…it's just happened" she shrugged, looking away trying to hide to blush on her face, but she was too late as Alexis already saw it."Ooh ..look at you blushing at the thought of him. I'm sure you really want to see his face…too bad .." Alexis teased further."I could just facetime him…" Celine tried to reach for her phone b

Zack had been arrested and Maria was dead, The wedding didn't turn out to be anyone's dream wedding but still Xavier and Celine were legally married and their bond couldn't have gotten any more stronger. The couple put in their best effort to let go of the memory of the incident that happened at their wedding ceremony and channeled all of their energy into enjoying their honeymoon. The honeymoon was enough to make up for the horrible mess of a wedding they had and they were okay with it.Sadly, their honeymoon had to be cut short as Celine had to return to the university for her finals and Xavier had to take over running the family business fully as Mr. Smith had officially retired. "I didn't want my death to meet me behind an office desk." Mr Smith had joked at his retirement party."My grandson, here,..."He said, raising his wine glass towards Xavier who stood hands intertwined with his wife. "He is very smart and diligent and I'm glad to announce to you all that Smith group of co

Zack was sitting on the floor in his jailroom, his jaw was supporting his chin, he was lost in thoughts. He had been writing letters to Celine from the prison; he was wondering if she got any of the numerous letters he had sent. He was sure he got the address correctly. It wasn't easy getting her new address, he had to write to lots of other people who knew her before one of them finally gave in and let him in on her new address. It was in a fancy neighborhood but Zack didn't care, all he wanted was to get through to Celine. Their plan had to still be in place, right? He was thinking, "all she had with the rich kid was just a facade…" he murmured to himself."Bang!!" There was a loud bang coming from outside his cell… Zack jumped up with a start, he didn't know what to do? Was there a riot? He moved towards the cell gate and tried peeking through the bars….he could see the prison guards shuffling through…they were angrily hitting the bars with their batons…Zack hastily removed his han

Zack kept hitting the car window signaling to Celine to open it. "You have nowhere else to run to" he screamed from outside.Celine could feel her anger boiling at this point, why was he after her life so bad... what was it that she owed him that he tortured her so much with his existence. Picking her phone from her car's dashboard, she hurriedly dialed Xavier's number. Zack sensed that she was calling for help so he brought out a hammer from his pocket and started hitting the car window with it. "Come out of the car, Celine" he said while hitting the window, there was a crack on the window and he kept hitting.Xavier picked up the call as soon as it went through "Celine?".. he called from the other end of the line, he could hear her breathing heavily from her end of the line, he stood abruptly from the end of the desk where he sat, the meeting needed to stop, his wife needed him. "What is it?" He was beginning to hear the sound of glass smashing. "Where are you?"Celine was aware th
