Semua Bab Hell Twins: Bab 21 - Bab 30

I spun around to find a few wolves meandering around, had one of them called my name? I turned back to my mates who were standing at the top of the stairs waiting for me.“Come on, babe!” Arrow called.I ran up the stairs, “did you guys hear someone call my name?” I was sure I had heard it.“No, who was it?” Arrow asked.“I think if she knew who it was, she wouldn’t have asked if we heard it,” Arion chuckled giving Arrow a sarcastic glance. “I don’t know, maybe I imagined it,” I opened the door to our suite. I felt better being nude in our own place. I would have to get used to this. I went into the bathroom, I reached in the shower turning the water on. I was about to step in when I heard it again, “Rina,” the voice called. I nearly jumped out of my skin! I spun around to find I was still the only one in the room. “Who’s there?” I asked. I waited for an answer but nothing, only the sound of the water as it splashed against the shower. I turned the water off before I sat quietly and

When we reached the packhouse, the warriors were surrounding the perimeter. I looked around for my dad, he must be in the security office. Warriors stood at every doorway and every window in the place. I was trying to keep my fear from causing me to panic. I wasn't sure what was happening, but it had to be something big. "Rina, Arrow, Arion, thank the Goddess you are safe!" Alpha Jax boomed. He rushed over to us before wrapping us all in a hug. "I was so worried. We have received a threat against the Luna."Arrow and Arion snarled at the thought of someone wanting to hurt their mother. "Who would threaten the Luna?" I asked, my voice shaky."We don't know, the threat was very specific," Alpha Jax explained. "Poor Luna Nina, she must be scared," I answered trying to imagine how anyone would want to hurt Luna Nina. She is always so nice to everyone."Rina, the threat wasn't against Luna Nina, it was against you."I sucked in a breath, I could feel the panic rising within me. "It was a

I woke up the next day to an empty bed. I was alone. I felt the twins' spots, they were cold. I sat up looking around the room. I was the only one in here. I got up, grabbed my robe off the bedpost, and threw it around me, I made my way to the kitchen. Spread out on the table was a breakfast anyone would drool over. Eggs in all different styles, toast, bacon, sausage, ham, homefries, hashbrowns, waffles, and pancakes covered the table. There was a huge bowl of fresh-cut fruit, pastries of all kinds, and a big pot of piping hot coffee. It smelled amazing. The table had at least three dozen long-stem roses in a huge crystal vase. Standing proudly, covered in flour was my mates. "You guys did all of this for me?" I asked astonished that anyone would do this for me. "Yeah, you have had a rough time lately and we wanted to take you out but since we were worried after what happened, we decided to make you a better breakfast than any restaurant could." They both smiled. Arrow came around t

The twins nearly broke down the door, "Rina!" Arrow screamed. Seeing me sitting on the couch, he looked around as though something might jump out and attack me right there. Arion was right behind him. "Rina, thank the Goddess you are ok." He glanced around noticing Dex sitting on the other couch looking at them as if they had lost their minds. "What the hell is going on?" Dex asked. "I heard you found a body but you guys don't usually react like this." "The body, it was ripped apart, it was one of the worst I have seen," Arion explained. He sat down next to me pulling me into his lap. Arrow sat down next to him and nestled into my shoulder. "Yeah, whoever did it wrote Rina's name on it. It was written in blood on a piece of paper and pinned to the insides." Arrow looked like he was going to be sick. He went back to rubbing his face against my shoulder. "Why would somebody go through all of this trouble over me?" I asked. "You are the Luna of our pack. No, you haven't complete

I tried to pretend it was just a misunderstanding with Alexia. She wouldn't really do that, right? We ate dessert and after that, coffee was served while everyone chatted. It was interesting hearing the different ways the packs did things. Luna Mist had been talking about throwing a ball for anyone who had not found their mate yet. She said she would like to invite other packs to attend. On the other hand, Luna Deirdra wanted to keep it how it was, wolves found their mates when the Moon Goddess determined it was time. Luna Mist was talking about the importance of keeping the wedding ceremony as part of the process while Luna Deirdra didn't believe it was necessary. Luna Nina thought it should be left up to the individual packs, if they wanted a wedding ceremony, they could have it, if not, that was ok too. She also said it would be up to Luna Mist if she wanted to organize a ball for those who would like to find their mates. She said it shouldn't be mandatory but instead, any wolves wh
