“How does it feel?” Daniel asks when I walk into his house. “Its sore” I sigh, sitting on the couch. I’ve had my boot off for a week now and just started Physical Therapy. “I know, I’m sorry baby” He gives me a small smile, handing me some ice. “Thank you” I pull him to sit down next to me. “When is your last hockey game?” I lean my head on his shoulder, looking down at my phone. “Tomorrow, it got moved from Friday” He frowns. “Oh wow” I say, not knowing it was so close. “Last game of my high school career. Shits crazy” He laughs, running his hand up and down my arm. The mixture of the ice and his touch cause goosebumps to cover my body. “Yeah, wow. You guys killed it this season. Do you think you’ll make it to the championship game?” I ask, looking up at Daniel. “I hope so. We got so close last year. It would be great to be able to do it this year” A smile spreads on his face. “You guys are going to do great. I know it” I kiss his cheek, closing my eyes. “Do you have any h

~Daniel’s P.O.V~ I slowly get out of Kisses embrace and get ready for the game. My nerves pick up remembering this is the playoffs. It’ll be fine. Tim, Aiden and I have been preparing for weeks. I do some of my warm up exercises before I wake Kisses up. “Kiss, its time to get up” I whisper in her ear, kissing her temple. “Mm, are you sure?” She jokes, a smile on her face. “Yeah, I’m sorry hun” I smile back at her. “Are you ready for your game?” She sits up, rubbing her eyes. “I know, I’m going to touch up my makeup” She laughs, pulling her hands away from her eyes. “Just take it off, you don’t need it” I smile handing her my jersey. “Oh yeah, sure” She pulls my jersey over her shirt. “I’m going to ask if I can borrow Kylie’s jeans” She walks out of my room, fluffing her hair. “O-Okay” I stutter. F?ck, that was hot. I shake my head, clearing my mind from the thoughts. I need to finish getting ready. “Dan, should I put my hair up or leave it down?” She asks, reapplying h

~Kisses P.O.V~ I woke up in Daniel’s arms. I actually got some sleep last night. I change out of his clothes, pulling a white t-shirt and a blue denim skirt on. I grab a belt, some boots and my purse. I do my makeup quickly and pull my hair into a half up, half down hairstyle, not having time to do anything else to it. “Daniel, you need to get up” I leave a quick kiss on his lips, feeling arms around my waist. “Come join me” He smirks before pulling me to straddle him. “Daniel” I shriek. “We have school” I giggle, tracing his neckline. “So later?” He opens one eye. “I did not realize you were wearing that” His pupils dilate. “Shut up. Get dressed, I’ll get you coffee” I laugh, getting off him. “You’re no fun” He squeezes my waist, causing me to squirm. “I hate it when you do that” I whine, taking the steps one at a time. I pour the both of us some coffee and bring the cups upstairs. “Here you go Dan” I put it on the sink. “Thank you” He kisses my cheek. I sit on his bed,

~Daniel’s P.O.V~ I cant believe he said that. Who in their right mind would say that? Its utterly disgusting. He needs to learn a lesson. Not to talk to my girl, especially not like that. He should not talk to anyone like that. My nostrils flare as my fist comes in contact with the punching bag. “Fucking dick” I curse, trying to blow off some steam. “No way, Daniel Green. It’s been a while” A voice says behind me. “What do you want Drew?” I growl, not in the mood to talk to anyone. “Someone’s angry” He chuckles, crossing his arms. “Do you need something? I’m a little busy” I roll my eyes, punching the bag harder. “Fight me” He shrugs. “No” I answer simply. I need to save my energy for later. “Why not? Stop being a pussy. The Mason I knew was never scared” He irks me. “Shut your fucking mouth Drew. I’m fighting someone later. I don’t want to waste my energy on you” I sneer. Drew, my old fighting buddy. I used to take my anger out on him before I got introduced to alcohol.

~Skip a week~ ‘Daniel: Can I stop by quickly? I have a question’ I look at my phone confused, quickly typing back a reply. I’m currently dancing around my room in my sports bra and spandex, occasionally cleaning my room. I turn the music up a little more, blocking out all the outside noise. A couple songs later my music is abruptly stopped. My head snaps towards the door to see Daniel’s figure leaning against the door, a soft smile on his face. My cheeks heat up immediately. “Finally, some quiet. Goodbye” Cody sighs, walking out of my room. “So, what’s your question?” I ask, sitting on the floor. “I have this family thing that my mom is making me go to. And I um, I need a date for it” He says nervously. “Daniel, of course I’ll go with you. You’re literally my boyfriend. No biggie” I laugh, kissing him on the cheek. I continue my cleaning, ignoring the feeling that he’s watching me. “Kiss, um. But that’s not all” He sighs, looking down. “What is it Dan?” I question, putting m

~Kylie’s P.O.V~ A couple days ago Grace DMed me on I*******m telling me that her brother is back home and wants to see Kisses. We decided to make it a surprise. Today is the day that he’s coming here. Kisses is nervous about the dance tomorrow, but hopefully seeing her cousin again will ease her nerves a little. ~Kisses P.O.V~ Tomorrow is the dance and as the days go by I get more and more nervous. I’ll be meeting some of the Greens family for the first time. “Can we go do something?” I whine, pulling at Daniel’s arm. “No, we have to stay here Kiss. Please, just trust me” He says, kissing my forehead. “But I need a distraction” I frown, smoothening out his shirt. A smirk appears on his face and I brace myself for his inappropriate comment. “Oh, you do now? I can give you a distraction” He runs his hands up my legs, up to my shoulders, seductively. Goosebumps cover my body, my cheeks flaming red. “Not-not like that” I stutter out, not being able to ignore Masons hands resting j

Luke and I have been hanging out all day. Currently, we are back at the apartment, in my room. Luke is going through my memory box, flipping through the pictures as I lay on my bed, staring at the ceiling. “Can you teach me to fight?” I ask, turning my attention to him. He places the pictures down, looking at me. “You want to learn how to fight?” He asks, confusion all over his face. “Yeah, I want to try boxing” I shrug, sitting up. “Sure, I can teach you. I can’t picture you boxing at all though” He laughs. “Shut up” I shake my head. “When do you want to start?” He asks. “I don’t know. Whenever” I shrug, opening my planner. “How about now?” He suggests, grabbing my car keys. “What?” I laugh. “I have a friend who lives nearby. He owns a gym” Luke smiles. “What? Luke. Not right now. I want to just chill. Lets get ice cream” I suggest. “Ice cream after. Get changed and lets go” He says, arms crossed. “Fine” I sigh, grabbing some clothes and going into the bathroom. I chan

Today is the day. The day I’ve been shitting myself about for a week. I woke up at 10 and made everyone coffee and breakfast to try and distract myself. We are all chatting around the table, eating. “I gotta go get ready” I look at the time, seeing its 12:00. I run into my room, throwing my hair in a bun and getting changed into a tank top and shorts. I put Daniel’s hoodie back on, not wanting anyone else to see or realize. I head back out to the table with my purse and phone. “All ready?” Cody asks. “Yep, Kyl should be here soon” I check my phone, a text popping up right on cue. “Speaking of the devil. Bye guys. Luke, I’ll see you later. Take my room tonight. I’m staying at Daniels” I say, hugging them and running out. “Hey” Kylie smiles, pulling out of the parking lot. “Hey, how are you?” I take my purse off, placing it on the floor. “Good, take that off. Its hot” She picks at the material. “I know, I just had to wait” I take it off, covering the marks with my hair. “Why

I woke up to my phone ringing. “F?ck. Hello?” I groan into the phone, Daniel stirring next to me. “Kisses, where are you?” Luke asks. “I’m at Daniels, why?” I yawn, whispering. “Can I hang out with an old friend today?” He asks. “Yeah of course. We can do something tomorrow before you go to LA” I say, closing my eyes. “Thanks Kiss. See you later. Love you “He hangs up. I roll back over, nuzzling into the covers. “Mm, babe?” Daniel questions. “Yeah?” I ask, yawning. “What are you doing?” He laughs, causing me to open my eyes. My eyes bulge when I see I’m in fact nuzzling his boxers. “I-I’m sorry” I blush. “All good” He smiles, kissing my temple. “What time is it? I could go back to sleep for years” I stretch. “Its 10:00” He rubs his eyes. “Shit, that late? I forgot to call in sick. Oh my gosh” I ramble, jumping out of bed. “Kiss, calm down. Sydney gave you today off. Remember? Its okay to sleep in” Daniel says, Pulling my arm to lay back down next to him. “Now come on

I wake up, completely exhausted. Daniel left really late last night and we all talked for a while. I quickly change into a green hoodie, some black sweatpants, a white baseball hat with a rose and some white sneakers. I quickly curl my hair and do some simple makeup. I leave a note to Luke and grab my bag, keys and coffee. Almost done. When I get to school no one is at my locker yet. Why am I so early? I grab my books, closing the locker. “Hey Kiss” Christine and Dani come up to me, smiling. “Hey guys” I yawn. “You look tired. Where were you yesterday? “Christine smirks. “Daniel and I were exhausted and accidentally slept in” I say, my eyes meeting his. “Hey babe. You look cute” He kisses me, pulling on my hoodie. “No I don’t” I laugh. “You do. How did you sleep?” He smiles. “I barely did” I laugh, leaning against my locker, taking a sip of my coffee. The hot liquid burns my throat but I ignore it. “I’m sorry” He pulls me into his arms. “Y’all are cute” Dani smiles as Ti
