Selena didn't like the way they were arguing. Andrea was the Alpha King's woman and it was normal for her to be angry that another woman was taking her place. " I will never believe you" Lucius said plain. Dylan adjusted and the hand he wrapped around Selena lessoned. She was really glad because of this. She slowly removed his hand and got out of the bed. She covered him and then went to meet those that were glaring at each other. "Don't fight. It must have been a misunderstanding" she said to them. Andrea looked at her with so much animosity andbtalked to her harsh. "Don't you dare pretend to be pure in all of these. Hasn't your plan been achieved? " She asked and chuckled. " Ma'am, I don't know what you mean," Selena said. She didn't see why she's been accused. "You think I don't know what you and this ungrateful Beta

But one thing he was sure was that Selena wasn't a harsh one. He didn't know why Andrea didn't like her. Selena went home very sad. She had rushed to the Alpha King when she heard that something was wrong with him and yet he didn't acknowledge her and even believed his lying woman. "Well, I'm nothing to him" she said and tears dropped from her eyes. She was feeling weak but she already lost her appetite. She heard footsteps approaching and she quickly cleaned her tears. Her grandmother placed food on her table. "Eat," she said. Selena gave a stiff smile and then started eating. The old woman looked at her and noticed that she wasn't happy. "Is the Alpha King alright?" She asked. Selena nodded her head. Seeing that she wasn't looking so good she then talked to her. "Then why are you not looking good? She asked. Selena wanted to say no before but then the pain in her heart wasn't good at all. She didn't know when she burst out in tears. Her grandmother quickly went to sit bes

Dylan walked in. He wore a stern look as he saw those two together. The two seeing him quickly stood up and bowed. "You don't want me to bring out your wolf again?" He asked her, ignoring their greeting. Dylan wasn't happy with what Selena said but he didn't want to show it. He wanted to act like he didn't care about her. "That's not it, your Highness. It's just that I don't want you to have a misunderstanding between you and your woman when she finds out that you are training me" she quickly said. She didn't want the Alpha King to think that she was an ungrateful one. "That's not a thing for you to be concerned about. It's my business not yours" he said firmly. " Yes your Highness" she bowed. Dylan looked at Lucius who was also looking at him. "And you, why are you here?" He asked crisply. " You suspended me and Selena is the only friend I have so I came to visit," he replied. Dylan knew he couldn't stop him from coming or query him, so he just glared at him and went to sit

The normal Lucius would reply immediately. He then remembered that he punished him with a hundred and fifty lapses. He must have been doing it. "Let's wait till Lucius gets here," he said to Andrea. He didn't expect that Lucius would see his message and would ignore it. Him calculating, he expected that within an hour, Lucius should have been done running his lapses and would have seen his message by then. He, having a lot of things to do, Dylan sat down and started it. Andrea just sat there looking unhappy. She was devising in her heart what to do. Lucius knew that that morning he was going to be summoned so he took his time running his lapses. He didn't even rush. He was playing music and enjoying his run. He intentionally left his phone inside his room so that nothing would tempt him to take the Alpha King's call. When he was done with his run, he headed to his room and on the way, he met Farell. Lucius added Andrea's fingerprint and also added his own. He then resumed his duty. Very fast, the next day came. Selena was already done with her training and she was glad to return back to work. None told her about the coming of the Alpha King. She just came to work casually and noticed that there was preparation. She didn't even bother to go to the Alpha King's room, she just went directly to his office. As she went she met Hyrene on her way. "Luna" she bowed and wanted to leave. "Hey" Hyrene called her back. Selena stopped and looked at her. Noticing that Selena was looking chubbier and fresh she became jealous. She raised her nose in disgust. "Are you pregnant?" She asked her. Selena raised her brow. "If I am, I didn't see how that disturbs you Luna" she said blankly. Since she wasn't ready for her annoying words, she bowed and left.
