Chapter 91 – Rescuing the kitten Hannah’s POV “It’s nice to meet you, Henry,” I said, smiling up at the man before me. I had to admit that he was handsome, but obviously, he wasn’t as handsome as Sebastian. Sebastian’s POV Sebastian needed to leave the infirmary before he said or did something he was seriously going to regret. He felt a wave of fury surging through him and he tightened his jaw to keep himself quiet. He could feel Dr. Conway shaking in his skin as he stood by his desk, watching the argument unfold before him. Hannah looked furious; she continued to stare at him with her brows furrowed together and her lips pressed together until they were forming a thin line. He wasn’t sure why she was so determined to defend that gardener. Yeah, well at least he shows up when I need him. Her words continued playing in his mind long after he left the infirmary. Hannah’s POV I hadn’t slept a full night in what felt like a long time, but I was finally able to sleep. Maybe it was because Sebastian was allowing me to return to school, even if it was online courses. Maybe it was also because I finally had a small group of friends and didn’t feel as lonely. Whatever it was, I was glad to be able to get a little bit of sleep. Sleeping beside Sebastian didn’t hurt as well; his body was so warm it was like sleeping beside a heater. He enjoyed sleeping with his arms wrapped around me so he would be close to me. I didn’t dislike being close to him; as worried as I was about this pregnancy and about being around him, I couldn’t deny that Nora felt her calmest when she was near him. Hannah’s POV “Thank you for taking me home,” I said to Henry as we neared the palace in his truck. “I could have walked.” Part of me was hoping he would have let me walk; Nora needed to stretch her legs and it would be good to go for a run in my wolf form to clear my head. Hannah “What do you mean Sebastian is harming my wolf?” I snapped, refusing to believe his cruel words. I hated that I couldn’t shift and break out of this room; I needed to somehow get out of here and return home to Sebastian. I needed to know what Henry was talking about, but I didn’t want to hear it from Henry.
