2 HOURS EARLIERCANNONThe ceremony didn’t bother me as it did my brothers. I would be attending many more when I became Alpha anyways. Being the eldest, and having tripled senses of a normal wolf, I had a better chance than they, especially Kane.Ian was super fast but Kane was born without a powl, a special and personal wolf power move. I knew it angered him a lot when father neglected him because of this. But for some reason lately, father had been trying to get closer to him. As I removed the bowtie from my neck and my tuxedo from my body, icy cold hands rested over my shoulders and it breathed down my neck as it stretched its neck to lick my face.“What do you want?”I turned to her and, she wasn’t behind me anymore. She giggled and I saw her lying on my classic blue sofa. As usual, she wore a short red dress that complimented her imp-thin body. She was without curves or shape and her thin legs were scrawny.Her red eyes complimented her dress and a lustful smile formed her face.

KATRINAI stopped, catching my breath and relaxing my weak knees. The golden wolf was still running and I couldn’t go further. In the next second, I regretted my decision when a wolf pounced on me. An ear-deafening scream escaped my lips.It was brown, big, and with piercing blue eyes. Its vicious teeth were ready to tear flesh and slobber poured out of its mouth to my face. Its eyes emitted blue light like lasers and I was afraid of what would happen next.Its big paws were on my chest and from my point of view; it was as tall as a human. Its claws protruded and I screamed again when it snarled at me. I closed my eyes but regretted opening them again when two more wolves appeared.Its full weight was on me and I couldn’t push it away. They also snarled at me, with their teeth biting at my faces.“Help! Please, someone help! KATRINAI was tired of this but thank the goddess for the clouds that partially covered the sun, giving us a limited moment of peace. I really wanted to fall asleep but my hurting leg reminded me of what would happen if I did.My sleep ran off when I heard something beeping. The first beep seemed to excite everyone and they surrounded the table that carried the rolling bin. Two of the slaves that had stopped crying started to cry again.Another beep sound came in and they started to clap. KATRINAI reached the gate and tried to get it open but it wouldn’t budge. A blue beam of light emerged from it, scanning me from head to toe. A few seconds later, it automatically unlocked.
