George was at the port, waiting for Charles to land. He was somehow, happy to see his friend, even though he feared that, he might have only come home, to tell everyone to their faces that the marriage was not going to work. If he said that, will that favor him in anyway? They are both his friend, and he wants them to be happy. As Charles approach him, he let a smile cut across his face."Welcome home friend". He says and they shook hands. The Camera flash on their faces spoke volume as to how unsafe they are as public figures. It is even more unsafe, if there is no guard around him, some will get so comfortable as to want him to grant interviews on the road. "This is one of the reasons, I hate coming home". Charles says, with a chuckle, and they both had a hard laugh, before getting into the waiting car."They world wants to know what is going on with you all the time, which is why, you cannot keep giving them something to say about you. If it is possible, you keep a clean slate". G

Edward saw the call, but the chaos in the house, between his brother and father was too much that he decided that since he didn't know the number, and it isn't save in his phone, there is no need taking the call."Saying sorry is not enough old man, and even if every other person in this house forgives you, I will never forgive you. To me, you are not my father, and I don't know anything about you. I don't know whom you are, all I know is that you are a promiscuous man, who loves bringing shame to this family". His voice was harsh, but Charles didn't respond to him, he was more interested in knowing what his wife wanted, and what she was going to say."Rosaline, I am so sorry, and I know I could never do right by you, I am not worthy of you and I am not asking you not to divorce me, all I am asking is that you find it in your heart to forgive me, for all the things i have done to you, all these years. You don't deserve such. You are such a good person, and you have given me nothing b

Edward went back into the house, the faces of the people inside didn't look happy, so he could already guess that they didn't arrive at a compromise. He knew they could never arrive at a compromise, everyone had come together, just because George pleaded, that they should give it a trial."I need to go back, something has come up, that needs my urgent attention". Charles wanted to have a moment with his son. He haven't seen his son for years, and now that he was seeing him, they are not speaking to each other."Edward, can we see briefly outside? He asked politely. Edward wanted to refuse, to him, he feels like going back to Canaboo immediately, but he could spear a moment, he followed him outside, while George stayed back with his mother."I know all this is weighing you down, and your mother is more worried about you, because you are not talking, and reacting like your brother". Edward cut him short."I have problems of my own, I cannot live my life, thinking about you both. You hav

Edward got to the hospital, and decided to watch every move from afar. He found only a guard outside the hospital, and could already tell that they are watching over Megan. If he is able to get Megan out, he wouldn't need his name anymore, he wouldn't want his name being dragged, more than it is currently being dragged.although, no one really knows him, as a member of the Charles family. It was getting late, so he decided to get in and act like he was there to visit someone. But who? He didn't have a name, he noticed that It is big hospital, if he goes there, without a name, it would have an effect on his plans, because he will be kicked out, or the securities will be called on him. Suddenly, he sees two ladies come out, they were crying, he watched for a while, trying to hear what they were saying, if they will say something he could use, but they were just using pronoun to refer to the person they were talking about. They were his only link, so, he summons all the courage he coul

Realizing she wasn't dreaming, and Edward is actually hugging her right at the moment, she cried. "I am so happy to see you, and I am glad, you are okay, but you cannot be here". Edward didn't want to hear such negativity, so he told her. "I am here now, and I am not going back. There is a boat just few miles from here, it will take us to the country side, we could start our lives from there, no one will find us there, I promise". He sounds very convincing, but Megan is scared, not for herself, but for him. She knows what Charles would have done to Mathew and Marcus, if they hadn't complied. And saying no one would find them, was not true, because, Charles would find her anywhere. it almost feels like he has a chip in her skin, monitoring her every move."We need to leave now". He showed her a dress, she will change into, and a golden wig, that will make her look different, so she could pass the guards. Looking at all she needed to do, to get her freedom back, she felt happy, but bef
