Semua Bab Married to pay the debt: Bab 81 - Bab 90

Lucy's pov; While I was still on the floor right outside Daniel's room, my phone rang. Who's calling me now? The thought crossed my mind as I fumbled for my phone and answered, "Hello?" "Why is my wife still awake?" asked a slightly muffled male voice. It's Tyler. It's like 1 in the morning, babe." "I..." I remembered the CCTV on every floor. If I lie now, Tyler will know that I lied to him when he checks the footage so I said, "I had a fight with Daniel." "What happened?" he asked. "Well, um..." he was always more open than the others so I tried teasing him. "He said some things, but I told him off because of it." "Like what?" he was really worried. "Like saying that we shouldn't have any kids because of the contract!" It felt like he stopped breathing. "What did you tell him?" he whispered urgently. "Well... I just told him not to worry about it since it's none of his business..." there was no response from him, just a slight rustling, then he came back. "Oh.'' There was a

Daniel's POV;After waiting for a long time, I left the house to look for Tyler and Lucy. I didn't need to go that far out of my way to find them, because they're not kids but still the reason they're not home is still making me worry. Did something happen to Tyler or Lucy? Did someone hurt them? What if someone tried to kidnap either of them ?! Or maybe I can ask them about it and find out what was happening with them. So I made calls for both of them , hoping one of them would answer or at least reply back. But nobody picked up, so I just kept trying to contact them. The more it went on, the angrier I got, until finally, I called one of my friends and asked to track down Tyler and Lucys phone number. Minutes later, my friend sent me a location with a message, 'Both the phone's are in the same place.' When I opened the location, it showed me where I had to go, so I headed there as fast as possible without looking suspicious. It was already starting to get dark by the time I arrived

Lucy's pov;The class bell rang out and the students began filing into their seats. A few seconds later, there was another bell and a few more students entered. Once they were all seated, a voice from the front of the classroom called out, "Attention all students! There's an election for vice-president position and I'm sure that everyone is excited about it! The election will be held in the next few days!"At that moment, there was a knock at the door to the classroom followed by Mr Colson saying, "Sorry to interrupt your class. Could someone come here please?" He waited a minute or so before calling out, "Ms Jones, would you kindly come over here and help me out please?" I walked to him and asked, "Yes, Mr Colson? What can I do for you today?" He replied, “I want you to run to my office , collect your schedule, and then report to the auditorium, where all the students will be having their seminar today." I nodded in agreement with his request and headed to the office as he i

Tyler's POV;The alarm clock went off as it always did for the same morning hour, but this time it was different. No alarm was ringing to startle me up. I woke from an uneasy dreamless sleep in a drowsy haze and stretched himself out into the sun that shone brightly through his window. The curtains were drawn back to let the warm sunlight stream in over my bed. It took me a few seconds to remember where I was, and why the day before had been so... vivid. I got changed and came downstairs to make breakfast but I didn't feel like eating so I made a simple breakfast of toast and peanut butter instead. While I was eating the toast , Daniel took a seat across from me at the dining table asking, "Why didn't you prepare some eggs?"I stared at him as if he'd grown a second head. "What?" "Nothing." and he ate the bread in silence. After a while, he said to me as he pushed back his chair, "Do you need anything?" and I answered no. I finished my food and cleaned the dishes before go

Lucy's pov;Matt and I arrived at the museum in no time flat, it wasn’t that far of a drive from our apartment to the museum and we had planned on spending the day there , just me, Matt, and a small amount of our own belongings. The weather was pretty nice so I figured that would be okay. But then when we got there, it turned out that there was snow everywhere, so now my plans have changed quite drastically. I mean, how could I possibly enjoy any kind of art exhibit while the snowstorm is outside? I guess you can call it an unfortunate coincidence but it definitely didn’t help me with my decision making skills. So now, as we make our way through the crowds, my heart sinks lower and lower every second that passes, until suddenly I find myself standing by Matt, completely frozen in place as I look at the giant statue before us. It’s one of those statues with all the classical sculptures in the front entrance. My eyes are fixed straight ahead of me, not looking at anything or anyone a
