Lahat ng Kabanata ng LUNA'S REVENGE: Falling for the Alpha.: Kabanata 101 - Kabanata 110

ARIEL’S POV“And how do you know this?” Ralph asked his tone of voice slightly indicating disbelief and uncertainty.I bit my lower lip before I answered his question, “I was behind enemy lines last night. I went to do a sweep and survey of the opposition’s strengths and weaknesses.”The chatter resumed again with them discussing Melvin being in Velvet Moon right now and me also risking my life to go behind enemy lines like that.“Isn’t the princess worried that she might get caught and then killed? That would throw us into a kingdom ruled by Joharres, what would we do then?” I heard one of them say out loud.“Maybe we should hold off for now and wait for him to leave.” I heard another say.Someone else replied, “No way. I say this is our golden opportunity to put an end to their general life. I am sure you all know that he is the son of Joharres, right? Evil begets evil. That’s how it is!”I closed my eyes as more banters and arguments were hurled across the room.“Silence!” I heard

ARIEL’S POVThe adrenaline coursed through my veins, fueling my every move as I faced off against Melvin. Anger burned within me, a burning intensity that pushed me forward. This fight was personal, a night-long awaited opportunity to unleash my fury upon the one who made my heart ache so much.Since last night, I just kept asking myself, why? Why would he open himself up so willingly to another woman? How could he?My anger and pain shot beyond every possible self-control mechanism I could muster and it was evident in how I attacked him.We circled each other, our glowing eyes locked in an intense battle of wills. Melvin's confident smirk infuriated me, his arrogance evident in every calculated move he made.I would make him pay for what he had done, for the heartache he had inflicted upon me. I wanted him to feel it as our claws and fists collided with one another. With a primal roar, I lunged forward, my claws extended, aiming to tear through Melvin's defenses. He met my attack he

ARIEL’S POVIkea's form wavered for a moment, her voice carrying a hint of uncertainty. "That is a question only you can answer, Ariel. Love is a powerful force, but it must be tempered with wisdom. Only time will tell if Melvin can redeem himself and if you can earn his trust again. But remember, the choices we make define us, and sometimes the path to redemption is filled with challenges."With those parting words, Ikea vanished completely, leaving me alone in the tent once again. The weight of her advice settled upon me, and I found solace in the realization that I wasn't alone in this struggle.I took a deep breath, and my resolve reignited. I would honor the fallen, remember their sacrifices, and fight for their memory. The road ahead would be difficult, but I would face it head-on, knowing that my pack depended on me.As I stepped out of the tent, the moonlit night embraced me, its gentle glow casting a silver sheen on the camp's surroundings. The scent of the forest filled the

ARIEL’S POVThe journey back to Silver Moon was filled with some tension and weariness. The weight of the loss we had endured was heavy on all our shoulders. But the remaining troops and I pushed forward. The rain that started the night before had ceased, leaving behind a damp, misty morning that seemed to mirror the uncertainty that lay ahead. The closer we got the more the burden increased on my shoulders and then I realized this wasn't just my guilt anymore. It felt external.I looked around us, trying to figure out if something else was moving with us but I found nothing. The area looked peaceful enough.I tried to pick up the scent, but the rain had numbed everything. My wolf couldn't pick out anything other than our presence. As we approached the outskirts of Silver Moon, I sensed a stronger shift in the air. Something was definitely wrong. We continued moving but my instinct kept reminding me of the danger around us. I looked around one more time but everything looked normal.

MELVIN’S POV'...I still believe in us...' It was distant, but I heard them. The words sounded in my head as I jolted awake with my heart pounding hard against my chest. What the hell? Who said those words to me? Where was I?!Confusion clouded my mind as I struggled to orient myself in the darkness. Gradually, my vision cleared, and I realized I was in my quarters within the walls of Blood Moon, the ancestral stronghold of my family. From the shadows, a voice sliced through the air, startling me once again. It was my father, Joharres, his tone laced with fury.He wasted no time in expressing his discontent, his anger directed squarely at my failure to capture Ariel once more."You pathetic excuse for a son!" he spat, his voice dripping with contempt.A frown covered my face immediately and all thoughts I had of the voice speaking strange words to me disappeared at once."How many times must you fail me, Melvin? How many chances have you squandered?" My father was standing right in
