ALYSSA’s POV:The dinner with the Secretary of Defense went well. The man is very kind and actually has a plan to make the US a safer country. He’s very informed on the matter of the Second Amendment and the right to gun ownership whilst also acknowledging his responsibility as a public servant to protect the citizens and the children. I was pleasantly surprised by his responses to my questions and his knowledgeability. He looked sad.
