Don't contact me again""Congratulations Fiona Gwen Kings, you've been admitted into New York University, to attain a degree in Psychology, do ensure th --" These two message contradict each other. I applied to NYU just to be closer to Caden and also because it's one of the universities with good Psychology professors, but Caden Manchester wants to have nothing to do with me again. His message has been in my phone for three months but I chose to ignore it, despite the fact that I've read it. It's time for a fresh start, time to forget demons of the past, time to forget Luke Chamberlain, time to forget Caden Manchester even though it will be hard considering we are in the same school, either way, it's time to move on. I made a promise to everyone I left that I will be fine, and I'm not ready to let them down, there is so much on the line.Quietly, I placed my make up kit beside my bed, pleased with

Broken girls blossom into warriors.FIONA'S POINT OF VIEWI realized I've been fighting the wrong demon, the real demon, stood in front of me. I watched as he unconsciously dropped his cigarette, uttering my name, or better still, the name he calls me "Vanilla."I looked at him, taking him in, he's dressed in black, his eyes getting lost in the night, he reeks of alcohol and cigarette and . . .sex. My heart breaks at the thought of him being with another person.I scrunch my nose, hating the scent of cigarettes, he told me he quit, he told me he doesn't drink again, looks like he lied, he opened his mouth about to say something but was cut off by a pink haired girl as she jumped on him "Caddy baby, the room is ready, let's go another round" She said kissing him, passing the cigarette in her mouth to his mouth.Disgusting.She finally acknowledged our presence, and glares "Who are these bitches, Caddy"With his dark eyes still on me, he said "No one. They are no one. Let's go Rita"

It's tragic the way life is, how ruthless it can be, the way it plays with our heartstringsFIONA'S POINT OF VIEW"How's Journalism?" I asked Violet as we ate Avocado and toast."It's. . .stressful, but it's me, It's like the lecturers are seeing into me. It's so exciting. I am thinking of adding Literature or something. I do love it though, but I'm thinking of doing something that relates to Writing." She replies excited."You're going to be a badass writer in the next ten years" Cara smiled."Yeah!" Violet smiled."How's Psychology?" Danielle asked, gulping down juice."It's exciting. It's all I've ever wanted" I replied truthfully "How's business Danielle and how's Theatre, Cara?.""Y'all know it's not just Business and Theatre we are studying. Dad wants us to have knowledge of it all, but it's nice" Danielle answered."Theatre is. . .sweet. I get to kiss numerous guys, Spanish, Indian, Nigerian, English. Theatre is good. I'm getting popularity, I'm still no sure how I feel about t

Caden's Point of View"Cade, I'm not okay. Xavier, he left, he just disappeared, he vanished without a word, just a stupid letter. I thought we meant something, I knew I shouldn't get attached to people, what's the point when they'll later leave, but he convinced me he wouldn't, he said he'll stay, he promised me forever, Always and Forever he said, but he lied. I can't talk, I should talk to the girls but I can't, I don't know why.""I love him, Cade, I do, despite everything, I still do. It's just sad, I can't do anything without seeing him, I can't even watch my favorite series, all I see is him. I'm tired, I'm so tired, Cade" She said, her eyes glistening with unshed tears.I closed the distance between us, holding her hands "Danielle, I don't know why Xavier left or why he did what he did, but it's life. You have to know it is not your fault that he left, It shouldn't reflect on you, It just shows how cruel he can be. Sadly, this is life.""We'll be fine. You will be fine. I'll t

I'm quite sure I've lost the job"Wait, you are Kai's sister?" Caroline spoke through the silence."I made that clear already.""Oh my God!. You are that idiot's sister! You're nothing like him" Carol exclaimed"If that's a compliment, thank you, and if you're to work here, you'll refrain from saying curse words" Lizzie said firmly"So, Can you work here" She asked again"I can.
