Lahat ng Kabanata ng Seduction: The taste of Lust: Kabanata 1 - Kabanata 10

I try to open my eyes a couple of times but my jet lag got the best of me. I was so tired and sleepy that this bed suddenly became my new best friend.I slept the entire day and thankfully no one disturbed my sleep, or even if they did, I was deep asleep so I wouldn't know.It was around 5.30 in the evening when my eyes finally decided to open. I brushed some hair from my face to see the time "holy shit", I slept way too long, but it was worth it.I turned my face on either side of my room to face the magnificent giant curtains I bought from Paris. Their patterns always calm me down and slowly I drifted off again.A few hours later, I heard Kelly's faint voice "Veronica get up," she whined snatching my blanket away."ugh," I dig my face inside the pillow to which she quickly grabbed it and slowly hit my head."What?""Wake up will ya," she said her one hand resting on her perfectly thin waist and the other carrying my pillow. "C'mon, dinner's ready" she smiled leaving the door open."

She's in an accident they said, nothing big but she still needs to stay for a week for internal injuries. Why does this feel like a deja vu? I remember the day when I first saw the horrors of a hospital, the day when I lost the precious thing of my life, the day that is responsible for all the loneliness nights I've spent all this time, I know Kelly would be okay, she has to. I can't afford to reminisce this day too whenever a hospital comes into my view like now, Thinking about my dad, his fading heartbeat, and how I missed his last words of him cause I was busy chasing that woman,17 years ago,"where is your, mom child? The lady at the hospital asks me. My mom, she was supposed to come five hours ago but she didn't. Her flight got delayed."Is this the child that came with that man?" a man wearing a white coat asks the nurse.Tears keep flowing down my cheeks as I saw my dad in the hospital bed, covered with bandages, tubes, and a few life support machines. Six gunshots and six

"Whatttttt??"   My mouth was open, my eyes widened as I take every little detail of her recent involvements.    "Samuel LeRoy is the fa.... fa....fff....aa..father?" I can't even say",   I was in complete shock. I think my heart just gave up, it's not beating I guess after all this is the most shocking thing I've heard till now. It tops everything literally.   "The football player Samuel, he got you PREGNANT"   "Calm down will you" Kelly stops me from screaming,    The professional football player Samuel LeRoy is the father,

After my sudden burst out last night, I didn't leave my room for a minute. I was mad at them for taking that jerk's side. How can they actually compliment and say sweet words about him, knowing very well what he did to kelly? maybe I'm overreacting but the last time I was too careless I ended up losing someone really close to me. I can't even begin to explain what it feels like to lose someone who you once thought would be by your side for the rest of your life. Finding that person is nowhere around you is the most painful feeling I've ever felt. All those nights, that I cried myself to sleep wishing this nightmare would end but it never did. Every morning I search for my father's laughter around the breakfast table that now has turned into a morgue. No laughter, no fun, no happiness, they just left. After that, I distanced myself from the world, just me and my mom is enough. I never had any friends neither intended to make one before Kelly pushed her way inside my little grey worl

I still remember the time when I called my mother and told her I am leaving for New York. She didn't really like the idea but tried her best to support my decision. From her side, returning to new york was a bad decision but I cannot tell her the real reason yet. I thought that maybe this time my experience in new york will be a little different but it's still the same, nothing changed at all. It's already been a month since I've arrived here and nothing is working in my favor. When Lexi said those words, I knew something really bad is about to happen, and boy I am right. They say that women have an incredible six senses that can smell trouble, maybe this is what smelling trouble is, "I want Veronica to seduce Leonard" these words are repeating inside my head. I can't able to unhear them, despite knowing my hatred towards that jerk, she still manages to let those words escape her mouth. She needs to understand what I mean when I said I hate him. I cross my leg and folded my hands,
