 Adrian's POV I just stood where I had been, watching everything. So Alpha King Alexander's guts were real, Amelia was truly here. To think we had passed here all through our search within this district and she was here. But how can she be missing when we got here? Isn't that suspicious? "Adrian!" I heard my name, l looked at the caller to see the Alpha King glaring at me. "You came here in search of Amelia, not to stand idle, looking like a mannequin. We have work at hand," he called out to me. I adjusted myself and walked over to him. On getting to him, he turned to Darius and gestured for him to move closer. "Get those guys to use their legs, especially the one who said Amelia's name," he instructed him before glaring at Alpha Max. Then he gestured for everyone from the Blackwood pack to follow him. Without any further ado, he started moving into the pack.

Amelia's POV I saw him walking towards me in long strips as I moved out from the shed I was staying so he could easily detect me. He gestured to me to move out completely into the road, immediately we went to the junction, with our bags in one hand, he flagged a cab with the other hand. "Pull your cap down!" He instructed immediately that a cab came into sight. Without giving directions or anything he gestured for me to get in. "So where are we going to?" I asked the mysterious guy as we entered the cab. Mary and Diane had left us to go back to the pack. As soon as Adas left the hut, they assured me that they would be safe and made everything in a way that they wouldn't be suspected of my escape.
